The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Raider Lofts
I don’t recommend this place. The apartment complex is very close to campus, the units are nice, and JR, the maintenance guy, is extremely nice and helpful. The manager however, is not. There are multiple water outages almost every week. Some with no notice. The electricity in my unit was also unstable and randomly went out a couple of times. I understand and appreciate that they’re trying to solve the problems of the complex, but it would be nice if we were given a proper heads up. All these aside, I recently had some extremely unpleasant experiences with the manager. She seemed nice up until the moment I told her I’m going to be moving out. A couple of months ago, I went into the office to ask about the procedure of moving out, and she answered with a rude tone and gestures. I didn’t think much of it then, since it was early in the morning and I assumed she was still not feeling her best that early in the day, but after a recent call I had with her, I know that was not the case. After receiving my final statement, I called the office to get some clarification from the manager regarding the numbers. I’m an international student and I’m not familiar with how the process works here in the United States. I politely asked for some clarification, and all she said to my concerns was “I don’t care”. I told her multiple times that I’m not looking for confrontation or a fight, but she kept interrupting me saying more hurtful things. Some of the things she said to me were: “It seemed like your apartment was never cleaned”, “I’ve never had anyone ask me these questions before”, etc. I need to say, my apartment was not clean when I moved out, since I haven’t been living there for the past three months. I had sent them an email apologizing that I didn’t get the chance to clean my studio before moving out, but I wasn’t even asking about the cleaning fee!!! Ironically, my apartment was not cleaned AT ALL when I moved in last year!!! That whole conversation made me feel extremely frustrated and stressed, and it seemed like she was trying to make me feel stupid for simply asking a question due to being unfamiliar with the process here in the United States. I’m a very calm person and I always try to avoid fights, conflicts, and confrontation and after my phone call I was shaking in tears. This complex has great potential due to its amazing location and cozy units, but no location or unit quality makes up for management that disrespects residents like that.
Raider Lofts is soooo close to everything. They have new management that really cares about everything. They really care about us all here. They have events they have for the residents. It is very quiet too. The other residents are super nice as well. I see everyone always getting along and saying hi and hanging out with each other outside their apartments. Come check them out.
It's a very nice place to live. Amanda is wonderful! I enjoyed my time there. Nice friendly people
