I am very impress with what services and amenities Radius have to offer. From the front office to the team on-site are polite and professional every time I need assistance.
I needed to leave my old apartment building asap due to several pest issues and bad management. Throughout my apartment hunting, I came across radius orlando. I have never been more impressed with how quickly Manny and Gio attended to my request to find a 1 bedroom apartment. Manny was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and found me a unit in under 1 week that fit my standards. Good communication is a huge green flag in my books! On top of beautiful amenities and a wonderful apartment layout, I couldn’t be happier with my choice to stay at Radius!

I recently moved into Radius Apartments, and my experience so far has been great. The apartment is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The building has nice amenities like a rooftop pool, gym, and lounge areas. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect—close to parks, restaurants, and public transport. I’m still settling in, but I’m happy with my decision to move here and looking forward to making this place feel like home.
My experience here at radius just keeps getting better and better. Leasing office is so accommodating and they feel like family and it’s nice to see them around the property all the time the maintenance department is spot on. I’m used to waiting 4 to 5 days for a maintenance request to be done but at radius it’s done within 24 hours or less. I can’t say enough good things about this place, the only thing that annoys me is the fact that I did not move here sooner.
Everyone is perfect. I would not change a thing. From day one, the leasing staff has rolled out the red carpet. I wish our apartment could be lease to own, I love it so much
Couldn’t have been better, wife & I were moving back to Orlando from Texas and you guys made sure the transition was as easy as possible. There was a few speed bumps a long the way but Kale stepped up and took care of them. He made sure we had everything we needed ! We appreciate you guys!

Living at Radius Apartments has been a wonderful experience. The management team is incredibly approachable, professional, honest, and friendly. They’re highly knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area, always willing to help, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I appreciate their flexibility and the long hours they put in to support residents. They also foster a strong sense of community through local promotions and events. Maintenance requests are handled promptly with fast turnaround times. The amenities are excellent—especially the pool, which offers a beautiful view of Lake Eola. The resident community is diverse, social, and welcoming, making it easy to make friends. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Radius to anyone looking for a vibrant and well-managed place to live in downtown Orlando.
Couldn’t be happier to move in! Gio is the best person I’ve ever dealt with in any apartment building. He made the experience super easy, has been so accommodating and even gave an extra tour for my Mom when she was in town. Can’t wait to start enjoying all the Radius has to offer.

Apartments stay quiet, community is kind, there are a lot of amenities, parking garage can be kinda scary with how fast people drive, but overall it is an amazing place to live.

I’ve been living at Radius Orlando for close to 1 year now. It’s a beautiful place to live to begin with. I cannot say enough good things about the management (RAM). Every single one in the team is diligent, kind, and professional. They keep the building spotlessly clean and they fix your home problem as if it’s their own problem. And 99% of the fellow Residents I encounter are happy which I believe is because of our amazing team at Radius. I’m really happy living here and very grateful.

There are so many positive things I could say about living here. I’ve been a resident for about 6 months and love it. The studio apartments have a barn door so it feels more like a one bedroom than your typical studio. The leasing staff is great and always super helpful. Any maintenance issue is addressed quickly. The cleaning staff is amazing. The amenities are fantastic. 10/10 would recommend.
I haven’t moved into the apartment yet officially, but so far the experience has been five stars. Everyone in the property is so accommodating. I really can see myself staying here a long time.
I love the help from staff getting situated with the move in process. They were always there to answer my 101 questions. The location is great and I love the amenities. Most of all I love my apartment.
This complex is absolutely amazing! with all the amenities we can never get bored. Our favorite part about the complex is the outdoor area with the fire pit and lounge chairs with the gorgeous views of the city.

We really do love living at radius, the amenities are excellent and we are right in the middle of the city. The pool is heated and its saltwater so no messy hair afterwards, and the gym is open 24h. Those two are my absolute fav.

Gio was amazing getting everything set up for me. Radius communicates with their residents and very attentive. It genuinely is a beautiful community.
I love the building, amenities, staff, and most importantly location Been here 2 years, and prob renewing/ upgrading to a 2 bedroom soon. It does need a 4th elevator badly esp when the service is used or one is down. Additionally a doorman/ concierge service would be highest on my wishlist, its safe for the most part but very easy to get in this building.
Radius moved me into a moldy apartment!! I told the leasing agent when I moved in that there was mold in the apartment and they gaslit me and told me it wasn’t mold. Their version of “fixing” the mold was spraying Clorox and painting over it. My mold specialist that I had to hire with my own money because radius refused to hire one said that wasn’t an approved way to treat mold. The specialist also said that a normal home has mold in the 10’s and that my apartment was in the thousands. I spent every other week getting sick and having intense symptoms such as brain fog, depression, anxiety, and gut issues. All because radius refused to help me. DO NOT MOVE HERE
