I've had a great time living here so far. Everyone has been very helpful in the process from touring to the application and signing all the way through the very simplified move-in process.
Move in was very smooth and Kyle was a big help answering all our questions. We love the apartment are so happy to be here. The cleanness and attention to details is on point and as our first home it has been all we wanted.
I am very impress with what services and amenities Radius have to offer. From the front office to the team on-site are polite and professional every time I need assistance.
I needed to leave my old apartment building asap due to several pest issues and bad management. Throughout my apartment hunting, I came across radius orlando. I have never been more impressed with how quickly Manny and Gio attended to my request to find a 1 bedroom apartment. Manny was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and found me a unit in under 1 week that fit my standards. Good communication is a huge green flag in my books! On top of beautiful amenities and a wonderful apartment layout, I couldn’t be happier with my choice to stay at Radius!

I recently moved into Radius Apartments, and my experience so far has been great. The apartment is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The building has nice amenities like a rooftop pool, gym, and lounge areas. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect—close to parks, restaurants, and public transport. I’m still settling in, but I’m happy with my decision to move here and looking forward to making this place feel like home.
My experience here at radius just keeps getting better and better. Leasing office is so accommodating and they feel like family and it’s nice to see them around the property all the time the maintenance department is spot on. I’m used to waiting 4 to 5 days for a maintenance request to be done but at radius it’s done within 24 hours or less. I can’t say enough good things about this place, the only thing that annoys me is the fact that I did not move here sooner.
Everyone is perfect. I would not change a thing. From day one, the leasing staff has rolled out the red carpet. I wish our apartment could be lease to own, I love it so much

They’re highly knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area, always willing to help, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I appreciate their flexibility and the long hours they put in to support residents. They also foster a strong sense of community through local promotions and events. Maintenance requests are handled promptly with fast turnaround times. The amenities are excellent—especially the pool, which offers a beautiful view of Lake Eola. The resident community is diverse, social, and welcoming, making it easy to make friends. Couldn’t be happier to move in! Gio is the best person I’ve ever dealt with in any apartment building. He made the experience super easy, has been so accommodating and even gave an extra tour for my Mom when she was in town. Can’t wait to start enjoying all the Radius has to offer.

Apartments stay quiet, community is kind, there are a lot of amenities, parking garage can be kinda scary with how fast people drive, but overall it is an amazing place to live.

I’ve been living at Radius Orlando for close to 1 year now. It’s a beautiful place to live to begin with. I cannot say enough good things about the management (RAM). Every single one in the team is diligent, kind, and professional. They keep the building spotlessly clean and they fix your home problem as if it’s their own problem. And 99% of the fellow Residents I encounter are happy which I believe is because of our amazing team at Radius. I’m really happy living here and very grateful.

There are so many positive things I could say about living here. I’ve been a resident for about 6 months and love it. The studio apartments have a barn door so it feels more like a one bedroom than your typical studio. The leasing staff is great and always super helpful. Any maintenance issue is addressed quickly. The cleaning staff is amazing. The amenities are fantastic. 10/10 would recommend.
I haven’t moved into the apartment yet officially, but so far the experience has been five stars. Everyone in the property is so accommodating. I really can see myself staying here a long time.

This complex is absolutely amazing! with all the amenities we can never get bored. Our favorite part about the complex is the outdoor area with the fire pit and lounge chairs with the gorgeous views of the city.

We really do love living at radius, the amenities are excellent and we are right in the middle of the city. The pool is heated and its saltwater so no messy hair afterwards, and the gym is open 24h. Those two are my absolute fav.
