Property Ratings at RADIUS AT TEN MILE
Management is terrible at this property. They do not handle resident conflict and the property is unsafe. There have been gun fire on the premises. My vehicle has also been vandalized. The units are poor maintained and repairs are done with minimal effort. Rent is too high at this property for the issues you have to deal with. It is just simply not worth living here.

This property is not safe. My catalytic converter was stolen while my car was parked in its designated spot. A month later my neighbors car was stolen. The property is dangerously dark at night. Nothing is being done to improve safety. Rent and park you car here at your own risk! As an FYI my catalytic converter costs $3000 to replace.
This apartment complex is awful! Management is the worse I have ever experienced. They do not care one bit about their residents what so ever. I have been having issues with my neighbors for MONTHS due to them blasting music throughout the entire day and night, so loud I can hear the words of their music at the farthest point of my apartment. I left countless emails and voicemails to the staff at radius, and nothing. I made an appointment to speak to the manager and when I got there, she says there is no record of my appointment, yet I have an email confirmation. The staff in the leasing office do not care about their residents one bit, and the entire property is managed poorly. If you want a quiet apartment spot, this is NOT for you. If you have issues with any of your neighbors, nothing will get resolved, not matter how sever the situation is. I have heard arguments so loud outside my apartments and people threatening each other, yet Radius just sends each resident a letter saying "Do not confront one another". If you are a smoker, this place might be in your favor though, since te buildings constantly smell like a mix between weed and tobacco. I do NOT recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a nice, quiet complex. It is the exact opposite.

Drugs-Neighbors regularly smoke weed in the parking lot while kids are out playing. Theft-My car, and several others have been subject to theft. All 4 of my wheels were stolen! Plumbing issues ongoing my unit. Shower and sealing leaks, and SEPTIC Tank spills in the basement 3 times so far. And it takes maintenance a long time to follow up. You have to call and calll and call for follow through. Nightmare!!!!
I was super annoyed when I toured the facility to find the units do not look like the picture and only 2-3 units actually have stainless steel appliances. Perfect for someone who doesn't care about the additional upgrades but that was my only reason for touring.
The Management Team is not good. The Property is not appropriately managed internally or externally compared to the cost of rent. The repairs are like quick fixes that don’t last and I don’t think replacements happen with this Property. Purchase mace if you life near an area that is secluded because you will always pull up to something going on and at night it’s not a Great feeling. The Management team knows this but when you talk to them they have no plan of action to secure the Property. Keep Looking if you’ve stopped to Look here. If you want your money’s worth, unfortunately you won’t get it here!

Silver Oaks is a decent place to live that have not gone up on my rent and are making improvements. The young ladies at the leasing office Carmita and Brandy or Brittany it escapes me at the moment ... they are pleasant and they don't take your complaints person so they don't bicker and get an attitude when you are upset about things. It is quite refreshing actually. My biggest complaint is the fruit trees, when the apples begin to fall there are bees and flies everywhere and not to mention food/apples all over the walk ways. For the money I'd recommend it.
