I live here currently, and I can’t wait until my lease ends. They rented me a supposedly upgraded apartment which is partially upgraded. They didn’t even provide me a broiler rack in my oven. I never had a brand new stove with no oven rack. I was told I had to purchase my own. My faucets and shower heads are over 30yrs old. My air conditioner has damaged my ceilings 3 times, and I’m waiting for the painters to come again. They don’t trim the bushes. They only trim the bushes where u ride pass and see on the outside. Rent went up $88 1st yr

I just signed a lease here, and I cannot be happier! The facilities, including a small gym, a pool, tennis courts, and the overall landscape, are absolutely stunning. I personally love going on walks, so I knew I had to find an apartment that I would be comfortable walking around and walking to the grocery store. The apartment itself is also just so nice. Since I'm on the first floor I also have a small patio, and I adore it. The entire complex is just so peaceful. The staff are also just so courteous and welcoming. I worked with Devon for both my tour and lease signing process. I instantly felt welcomed by her. She answered all of my questions with the genuine honesty you want from someone helping you make such a big decision. Devon made the process super quick and easy. I highly recommend this complex!

Office staff is very helpful and courteous. I recently had a maintenance problem and it was quickly resolved. Chico & Rod are very efficient and very friendly.

Sierra in the leasing center has been amazing to work with!! Anytime I’ve needed anything, from a maintenance request to documents she has been quick to respond and so pleasant to work with. Maintenance is always quick to make repairs and I never have to wait. I would absolutely recommend Racquet Club!

We have made the decision to move in following an excellent guided tour by Vanessa on August 7th. In comparison to other apartments we've viewed in the city, this place stands out for its well-organized environment and extra amenities. The rent is also reasonable in contrast to other options, and the staff has been incredibly accommodating. Everything is going smoothly for now! I'll update my feedback if any issues arise :)

I cannot thank Sierra in the leasing department more for being so diligent throughout my moving process. I had less than a month to find a home and she made it happen for me. I ran into some maintenance issues when I moved in and Sierra got it taken care of in the blink of an eye. Very communicative and efficient. The quickest maintenance team I’ve ever had.

I lived there with my family and had good experiences. The apartment was great and clean, the maintenance guys were very attentive and on time when requested and the office staff were nice as well, specially VANESSA, I can literally say the she was the reason we decided to stay there, she took us for a tour to show us all installations and the apartment before we rent and was very detailed, attentive all time and always with good humor to hear our questions about anything, she is very professional and upstanding, definitely recommend her everybody to ask for her. The property is a DUMP. Many residents see the property going downhill. The Smell of Weed is everywhere. Trash on the property never picked up and people liter like it is the city. Fees galore even a fee to pay rent. A pool with no Lifeguards
