The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Queens Ridge Apartments
Apartment structure is good but the service is terrible..the leasing office doesn't care for any emergency issues and takes their sweet time of 3 weeks to 3 months to fix a simple issue .. worst experience with leasing office
I have been suffering here since October and now counting months even hours to end up with my leasing period. The area of the apartment 1050 attracted me to get the lease done and how beautifully the apartment was made up to trap the client( I call it cosmetic of the apartment just as we cover our skin flaws with high quality make up products, but the apartment flaws were covered with low standard material) When I started living in it, a week after cockroaches started appearing in the kitchen. When I used the oven for baking, it smelt that nasty that we threw the baked pizza and started killing the roaches which were appearing in a row out of the cooking stove oven. Then my kids were bitten by bed buck too. I informed the office and they scheduled the exterminator for the treatment of the apartment and gave me fake hope that they gonna replace the stove very soon because I sent them the video how roaches were coming out in a row whenever I switched on the baking stove down. The maintenance staff was cooperative enough to listen my request as in the very first week when the refrigerator wasn’t working properly, they replaced within 15 days time with a new one.when it comes to living standards within the limited space, it doesn’t deserve 2 stars even, as they mentioned it’s pet free living but my neighbors have pet dogs and the master of pets is really a careless handler who even brings it in the laundry room where machines don’t work properly. Machines need their filters to be changed and the heating temperature to be readjusted but I think they want their tenants to use the laundry card multiple times that’s why manager is not paying any heed to our request. Neighbors are too noisy that on the top floor music hardly stops during a day.exhaust fans don’t work properly. Whenever I cook something in the kitchen top floor, fire alarm starts alarming. due to poor quality of exhausting system, it doesn’t work and toilets doesn’t have any ventilation too other than poor quality exhaust fans. When we enter the building, a nasty smell always welcomes first as there is no ventilation in the lobby and the cooking smell locks all over. I repeatedly told the manager to please take notice of the unhygienic, smelly lobby of the building with dirty mailbox but to date, one can witness the dirty mailbox where dirt and other particles are nourishing infections well. Please don’t be deceived with the cleanliness and standard maintenance of the leasing office building.
I have lived in this complex for nineteen years now (moved in in 2001) and have no intention of moving out. The management was very helpful when i needed too change apartments within the complex and helps me with every need I have. The maintenance staff here is prompt and courteous, and fixes most problems within a day or two. This complex is a great place to call home!
