Slice of heaven...
A short walk to the beach, great restaurants...a very live, and, lively neighborhood.

Management
Apartment is in great location close from park. Neigborhood however is very noisy since it's close from main streets. Neighbor buildings too close so there is no privacy and people do not care about other familty after hours. Overall it's affordable place for family of 3
