Property Ratings at Quantum Apartments
Poor Management, Noise, and Zero Communication ! I’m a current resident at the QUANTUM Apartments Living here has been nothing but frustrating. The manager changes constantly, and none of them stick around long enough to make any real improvements. Emails and phone calls regularly ignored—don’t expect to get a response or have your issues resolved. To make things worse, there’s loud noise coming from the lounge almost every other weekend and management does nothing about it. And on top of that the parking garage looks like a Public parking everyone can get access is frustrating when you come back from work late at night and you need to park 2 block away because there is no parking on the building and any control of who parks inside the building.There’s no consistency, no accountability, and no respect for residents. Avoid this place if you want peace of mind. The building itself has potential, but the way it’s run makes living here frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless there are serious changes in management.
I have lived at the Quantum Apartments for a few years now. The building, maintenance, and apartments are all great. However, there was a severe lack of leadership and major turnover at the management level. That has all changed now!!!!! Stephanie came in, took charge, and now everything is running top-notch. Thank you, Stephanie! At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter the cost or the unit - you want to feel comfortable knowing there’s strong leadership. Stephanie provides that, and it’s made a HUGE difference. Thank you again!
The new management team here at Quantum from Eric, the regional manager and Kim, the assistant manager are a breath of fresh air at the property. Also honorable mentions, is Edgar and Danielle their focus on the resident experience and helping whenever my partner or I need something.
I just wanted to take a moment to give Danielle, our Lifestyle Curator, a huge shoutout for all the amazing work she’s been doing here at Quantum Apartments. Her positive energy and dedication to the residents truly stand out, and she’s made living here so much more enjoyable. The events she’s put together have been incredible! My personal favorites so far have been the Sip & Paint, Potluck Party, Game Night, and the Halloween Party. Not only are they fun, but they’re so well-organized. Danielle does a fantastic job communicating with us about what’s coming up, and she always makes sure everything goes smoothly on the day of the event. What I love most is how she actually takes the time to send us emails with new ideas and asks for our input on what we’re interested in. It’s such a thoughtful touch, and it makes us feel heard and valued as part of this community. I also really appreciate how she stays on top of things like entering packages, so we get notified as soon as they arrive—little things like that make such a big difference. And she’s always there to listen if we have concerns, offering solutions and genuinely trying to help. There’s always something people can complain about when it comes to apartment living, but Danielle makes you stop and want to focus on the positives instead. She’s that good! Thank you, Danielle, for everything you do to make Quantum feel like home. You’re amazing!
I have moved out over 2 months ago and have not gotten my security deposit back.
I've lived at Quantum Apartments for a year, and I can't wait to move out. They've converted many resident parking spaces into paid reserved spots, forcing us to pay an extra $200 a month. With already high rent, this is unacceptable. Hidden fees are everywhere, and you'll face additional charges when moving out. Avoid this place.
Tons of rowdy airbnbs guests, garage doors never open, garbage chutes are always clogged and - worst of all - Marriot hotel guests have use of building ameneties so pool is always jam packed with randoms. Management is powerless - this building is a dumpster fire!!!
Security concerns, thefts, arrests, vandalism, illegal vacation rentals take away from what could be a great community. Replace the management team ASAP, they are not helpful, the are unresponsive, and often unfriendly.
Get all you need to live surrounded by a young professional community, with access to all amenities from WFH and life balance . Maintenance and lease services are top rated , friendly and responsive
This newly constructed property is everything I am looking for in my future home. From the central location, the amenities offered, to the amazingly helpful front office staff... dare I say its touching on perfection? Yes. I can not wait to move in!
Quantum Apartments is the place to be in Flagler Village! The property is beautiful, the floor plans are great, and apartments offer all the upgrades you would expect from a luxury apartment building. The location is amazing and within walking distance to restaurants, food and shopping downtown. It is also located right next to the Courtyard which makes it easy to have out of town guests stay close by. The staff is top notch, responsive and very helpful.
