      Be aware & good luck!

      As of April 2018 FPI Management/Patmon took over and they suck with this property!l just like all their other property’s! as far as maintenance goes here they have not maintained the pool/spa (not true to photo)or any reports for inside apartment repairs or outside they are focused on renovating and raising rent! Crime has definitely gone up I’ve seen 2 vehicle break ins and attempted break in to unit during the day within one week! more strangers roaming and dumpster diving all the time! Night security is pointless. they never answer in the office are not professional just good at sugar coating everything! Maybe when renovations are all done they will be on top of everything but for now I am disappointed!
