The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Quail Ridge Apartments
A couple of months ago, I called this apartment complex while looking into moving to the area. I’m not sure who I spoke with then, but she was wonderful—friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. When I called back about a week ago, someone else picked up, and the experience wasn’t quite the same. She mentioned they were at lunch and asked me to call back in an hour, but there was a lot of background noise, making it difficult for both of us to hear each other. I tried again the next day during office hours, but my call went to voicemail and was never returned. If it’s this challenging to get help before moving in, I can’t help but wonder what it might be like as a resident.
Misty is the best! she works with you and is a great at communicating with you. She is very professional. She does her best to respond to any questions and concerns in a prompt manner. The property is gated for security and is super clean showing pride in the management team. The pool and fitness center in particular are excellent features. The management staff is accommodating and quick to respond, taking care of issues as soon as the arise. They keep the area clean and safe for all tenants.
Definitely moved out of state. And I was looking for something quiet and quaint in spacious. The units at all my expectations the management was very helpful and respectful and very friendly top notch
These are the best apartments in Hemet. I have never had any roaches. Any time I needed something to get fixed it was done within 48 hours. The maintenance guys are FANTASTIC. Best in Hemet! The grass is never dead. Dogs of every size are welcome at this apt. The pool is ALWAYS clean. Management and the front desk is ran by Misty, Desiree, and Ashley. They treat EVERYBODY with respect. Some of the apts like mine have fireplaces. The whole apt complex is right next to the mountains. When the sun sets it is a spectacular view from the playground. You pay a little more at this apt, but you really get what you pay for, peace of mind and a safe place to live. They have a security guy who patrols at night to make sure nobody's car or apt ever gets broken into. The parking lot is lit up so you can see better at night. You get an assigned parking spot. There is extra open spots that are unassigned if you have an extra car you need to park. They have garages. There are lots of kids in the neighborhood, that my kids enjoyed playing with. The middle school is a 5 minute walk down the street. They have a special room by the office for the mailman to deliver large packages, that way your stuff never gets stolen. I've lived in a lot of places in Hemet and San Jacinto and this ones the best. Just pay the extra money for rent. IT IS WORTH IT!!!!!
We moved into Quail Ridge in June and we couldn't be happier! Looking for a place to live in the middle on a pandemic was NOT easy but applying with Quail Ridge and getting approved was. I was very worried moving into an apartment, after living in houses for at least 15 years, but I have been so happy living in Quail Ridge. The grounds are very well maintained, the inside of the apartments are nicely done and the office & maintenance staff are so helpful and friendly. Finding a place in Hemet isn't easy and we wanted to make sure we felt safe in the place we chose and we definitely feel safe here! Plus, they allow dogs which is great!
Great staff and placement of living area for family. Facilities are great, the pool is refreshing. Rent prices are great and in a good area.
I've been in my apartment for over a year now when separating from my boyfriend, and had no where to go when separating. Quail Ridge was truly empathetic with my situation and management worked with my situation. Quail Ridge has provided me with a comfortable, affordable and safe environment me and my daughter call HOME!!! Nice park, gorgeous pool and community center and most important all night security!! Thank you Quail Ridge for giving us an apartment we call HOME!
