I had a very easy time applying and getting into this apartment unlike some places that charge $100-$300 just to apply and are hard to get ahold of. They worked with me on the down payment and I am very grateful for this! I’m moving in tomorrow and I’m so grateful to the staff here, and excited to start a new era here at Quail Ridge Apartments!
It really is such a sweet little community in here. The owners are very kind, personable and understanding. Maintenance is fast and done correctly. I will definitely be resigning my lease if I decide not to leave the area.
