Property Ratings at Quail Hollow Apartments
I have loved living at Quail Hollow! The apartments are such a great value within a clean and safe neighborhood. Easy access to Hwy 26 and in a beautiful country setting! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family! Wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Banks!
No onsite management and the place is suffering. Trash everywhere. They turn the hot water off in the laundry to save money. They jack the rent after the lease is up. There are many vacant apts.and most are run down with old expensive appliances. Leasing company raises rent as if these were in or closer to Hillsboro. Not a good value!
Not often you can find an apartment in the country! If you are looking for simple laid back country livin, this is the place! It's so quiet nestled in amongst a little neighborhood, trees and farmland! You will hear the wind in the trees, no cars, hustle or bustle here!
