As far as apartments go in Waynesboro there is no other place I'd rather live. The office staff is knowledgeable, kind, and always willing to help. The maintenance team seems always hard at work doing something to keep the property in good shape, they are approachable and genuinely care about my requests.. In short this is the best value I have found for the money in this area...

Well i moved here because it was reasonable priced good location,everything included in the rent. i love the fact that it has a pattio, and laundry facility. i actually work thirty miles away from my home, the rent was perfect for me, being single with one child. There are alot of great things to do, i love fishing at the parks, they also have a big extravaganza every year in the summer. the kids love when the carnival comes to town, that's a every year thing i also look forward to. I think quadrangle apartments is great for someone just starting out, my friend actually just moved in her own apartment here. the fact that everything is included is great one bill, one time a month is cool, not having to worry about electric,gas,or trash. If you live in the Waynesboro area come check out Quadrdangle aprtments. you will love it!!!!! Atiya Adams happy resident since 2011.
