This year makes my 2nd year residing here. Since day 1, I loved it. The management is very nice and helpful. I hardly Ever had to put in maintenance request, maybe only twice in 2 years. Living here has been so peaceful and relaxing.

Our apartment manager was very welcome. They are still at home made the process. A breeze fell at home very easily. Only been here for a couple days but we’ll touch back later. I’m loving it already!

The neighborhood as a whole is pretty chill. Everyone pretty much minds there business. It is a bit run down but it is not bad for the price.

I love it so far nothing to really complain about Renae was very nice I absolutely love her for sure. She was very helpful sucks we don’t get a discount for being a first responder but hey it’s okay

I have been loving my stay here. I love the enviroment and how involved Quad is! I was nervous at first to be on the first floor but I still feel safe and its comforting to know people and feel at home.

The Quad has really impressed me since I moved here. The property management was lacking at my last apartment, and the management here has been a breath of fresh air! It’s pretty nice here. My neighbors can be super loud at times but not to the point where it bugs me. They also should get cameras because someone hit my car and I never was able to figure out who did it.

I have lived here for about a year and a half and have really enjoyed it. It’s a quiet apartment complex for the most part, everyone is nice, the office staff are super kind and helpful! I love the events and food trucks that they have usually weekly!

It's been a great community to live in. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I have lived here a couple of years now and have seen the complex go through a couple of different companies. The management company now hosts many food events for the community. They even provided free bagged lunches for UNCW students on their first day of class. I love living here!

Only lived here a few months The girls in the office are very helpful The maintenance man is very pleasant and friendly The only issue I have is other residents stop and let their dogs poop in front of my apartment and don’t bother to pick it up If my windows are open the smell is horrible So please pick up after your pets !!!!

I have loved living at the Quad! My favorite thing about this place is the management. The ladies in the office are so kind and friendly! They are always super helpful too. I love my apartment and how low rent is! My only issue with the Quad is the lack of upkeep in the walkways of the buildings. There’s quite a bit of trash that lays there for weeks and sometimes months on the stairs and walkway. I also think the washers and dryers in the community laundry center need to be deep cleaned.

Everyone has been truly happy and caring. My dog is comfortable with his new home as well . The management team was so helpful I had such a time getting into the system to pay my deposit.but they were patient with me and got me through the process

Ok let’s start with the ladies in the office are sweethearts but the policy’s in the quads SUCK , I’ve been here for almost a year and I’m already moving out … if you want peace and quiet the quads are not that the college students are loud and annoying you can complain to the office nothing is done , there isn’t any parking …. The maintenance people don’t fix NOTHING , it’s just a hot mess .. if you break your lease it’s almost 2,000$ fee it’s honestly just not it , again this isn’t nothing towards the people in the office I just wouldn’t move out here for a permanent place to live !
