- Nice units, I always got compliments from my visitors - Maintenance requests were promptly attended to and was very appreciative of that - Quiet hours are specified but never enforced, good luck getting decent sleep or working from home comfortably - Extremely poor communication from management with residents - Good luck parking your car - Utilities are now not charged by unit, it is an average of the entire building by unit size
