The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Pullman Pointe
I lived here for a couple months before I had to leave. The staff and I weren't on the same page on what makes a safe environment. They accidentally forwarded me an email chain where they took personal jabs at me. I don't leave reviews. I have never had an issue with an apartment before. I just need to say there are better options out there for anyone looking to rent.

10/10. No Notes. This community has been a life saver! I am having a blast residing here and it was the perfect location before moving closer to work. Everyone here is kind, professional, detail oriented and always looks out for you!

Pullman Review Pullman does a great job. However, there is not enough room for residents park due to the food vendor. Something needs to be changed.

Thank you for your positive feedback and for bringing this concern to our attention. We are actively looking into the parking issue to ensure optimal satisfaction for all residents. Your comfort and convenience is our top priority, thank you again.
This place was great at first until change of management. We have had terrible communication, terrible service in general and everything is just so dirty after being built less than 3 years ago. Grass is dead everywhere and there's a constant musty smell in all the hallways, stairwells and even into our apartment. Would highly highly recommend looking elsewhere.

We moved into Pullman Pointe Apartments in May of 2021. We were absolutely in love with the place and would recommend it to anyone. To start off with, I am not the one to complain about anything, but something has got to give. New ownership took over the apartment complex and it has went downhill ever since. The facilities are not cleaned like they used to (hallways inside & workout facility), dog waste is scattered in the landscaping/yard, and you put in a work order and the maintenance team will not respond to you. We recently had a situation with multiple cop cars and the swat team outside of our apartment complex and we were never given an update. My family lives in this apartment and we never knew if we were really safe during this incident. The lack of communication during and after the situation left a lot of uncertainty and a concern for our safety. Finally, I received a call saying that we have "trash" in the package room and that we were going to receive a fine for this situation. Little did we know that our product was taken out of that box, but we were also going to be receiving a FINE for this situation as well. I called management and quote, "We are not liable for the package." I would highly suggest searching for a different complex that actually wants to make their residence a top priority.

I signed a lease back in January for an apartment in March. 2 weeks before I was supposed to move in I received a phone call stating the apartment was not available. Someone in their office didn't get proper paperwork from their tenant and they had to honor that the tenant didn't plan to move. There was never any effort on their part to make other accommodations for their mistake. They said they could refund me my application fee or I could pay more money to rent a different apartment. Come to find out from corporate that the lease was for April but I was told on multiple occasions March was the move in date. They don't know what is going on in their complex or office. Don't bother calling because they don't answer their phones. This was a *hopefully* a rare case but these are their standards! After this fiasco I had to scramble to find somewhere else in the two weeks I had. Found a great place that went above and beyond to accommodate the situation. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
