This property was originally constructed in 1885, serving as the headquarters for the Burlington, Cedar Rapids, and Northern Railway. In 1910, the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railway began utilizing this great urban location until 1955. In 2022/2023, a complete remodel, with an appreciation for historical preservation took place, giving birth to the Pullman Lofts.
