The move was great and everyone was helpful at the leasing office , my apartment is very spacious and luxury , love how I have my own washer and dryer . Excellent place to live. Beautiful grounds kept very clean and outside Landscape always does a great job. When things need to be fixed they have 24 hour maintenance. All around people are kind in the office. I love living here.

Just moved in. So far so good. Great location. Very nice clubhouse with pool and gym. Love that its so close to Blue Hills reservation. Lots of natural sunlight in the apartment.

I enjoy living in this community. It has a lot of amenities and people are very friendly. we have swimming pools ,outdoor grills so we can barbecue, we have a fully equipped gym also a community room. The staff here are extremely friendly sometimes too friendly, which is a good thing.

Living at Prynne Hills has been a great experience overall. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with quality finishes. I especially appreciated the in-unit laundry and ample closet space. The management team is responsive and professional—they’ve always addressed any concerns or maintenance requests in a timely manner. Parking is convenient, and the location is excellent—close to major highways, shopping, and restaurants, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. One of my favorite aspects was the green space and walking paths around the property—it added to the sense of community and made the area feel more livable and family-friendly. I would definitely recommend Prynne Hills to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed apartment community.

Smooth Move-In & Great Support at Prynne Hills I recently moved into Prynne Hills and had a great experience from start to finish. James and Amari from the management team were incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire process. They made moving in easy and stress-free. There were a few minor maintenance issues when I first moved in, but the staff addressed them quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated how responsive and proactive the team was in making sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the community is peaceful and well-maintained. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to move here. The community in my building is great. My neighbors are friendly and it is quiet. Such a step up from where I was living before. whenever there is a problem, Maintenance comes in a short time frame and fixes it. They are also very nice so I try to help them out by giving them waters if they are thirsty.

The experience has been good for the most part. Only complaints would be the amount of bugs the apartments have(ground floor apartment) and neighbors have a VERY VERY noisy dog who barks constantly starting early in the morning and lasts all day at times. But to the complexes achievement each issue is always corrected promptly when request is put in on the app(unfortunately both just happen again a few days later).

It’s been very nice thus far living here. For the most part it’s quiet with the occasional noise but we live in an apartment setting and that’s to be expected. I officially moved in at the end of October 2024 and I appreciate the suburb feel after growing up in the city all of my life so this is a new experience for me and I really like it. The common area amenities I have yet to utilize but it’s nice that they are on the property. The property is very well kept and gives a welcoming vibe as soon as you turn into the property.

I recently moved into this apartment complex and so far I’ve been really happy with my experience. The staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The building is quiet, neighbors are respectful, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. The unit itself was clean upon move-in, and I love the layout and natural lighting. Only downside is that parking can get a little tight at night, but otherwise everything has been great. Definitely feels like home!

Great apartment complex! Only problem is nobody picks up their dog poop and often leave trash laying around. Adding wifi to the community room in the main office would be nice so we could have business meetings there.

It’s a nice looking place, looks well taken care of but unfortunately it’s over run with rats, mice and bugs!! The rats come through the walls and you can hear them daily in the walls! Absolutely NOTHING has been done to remedy the situation even though they’ve known about it for over a year. The lights haven’t worked in the parking lots for MAAAAANY years and it makes it very unsafe. Dog poop is EVERYWHERE and the waste containers are constantly full with no one emptying them. No one ever puts the trash in the compactor so you can hardly ever get to the compactor because of bags just piled up in front and brings massive amounts of rats! Take it for what you will, but it’s FACTS!!!!!
The community seems very friendly, and the apartment space is very cozy! The dog park is also pretty spacious compared to other properties I toured.

Quite a nice landscape and serene environment. Walk in closet isn't roomy enough to accommodate extra belongings. The outdoor storages should be inclusively offered to residents at their initial lease signing.

I’ve been living here for about a year and a half now. The management team leaves a lot to be desired. Communication is never clear nor timely. The fitness facility needs to worked on or updated - half the machines do not work! Things have been removed or taken away. All this money to really not have access to the amenities. Let alone the street lights don’t work or they need to add some as it’s too dark outside incase anyone wanted to go to the gym, clubhouse or have to walk their dogs. I live on the first floor and there is always piles of dog poop infront of my deck, random trash. I feel bad because the maintenance people are amazing here but some of the people that live here don’t respect where they live. Overall I’d give it a 3. The apartment complex is beautiful but communication is horrible and the plans for action are always delayed.

I moved in last Monday , beautiful place . My only complaint about this complex is the gym . The gym is business hours which are 10am-6 pm . Doesn’t give people much time to really work out. I don’t get home till about 5:30 .

Excellent place to reside and wonderful people at the leasing office. Always greeted and treated kindly. I have lived here for almost two years. I love the grounds and they are kept very well maintained. Yet, close to all stores and major highways. Quiet and cozy place to live.

This place has gone down hill. It's not worth the ridiculously high rent. Far from luxury barely safe for people and pets. There's no lights, bad maintenance bad management excessive spending on the wrong things like luxury golf carts for the staff only that they only use in the summer? We have infestation issues, dangerous mold... thin windows bad water ect
