Providence Hill Apartments

The staff turned over about 3 years ago. Since then everything has been running so smoothly. The property manager and maintenance staff are always willing to help me out. This is by far the nicest place to rent in Ashland. They are also making improvements to the complex, which I really appreciate. The pool is so nice in the summer and the fitness facility has so much equipment to use.

Worst apartment ever. Management, leasing agents and maintenance are horrible. When maintenance came in to change out dishwasher since old one broke… took about a month to get a new unit and when they hooked it up, they hooked it up wrong so it leaked into my closet causing mold. Refused to clean the mold off of the walls and carpet. I ended up having to hire and clean the mold myself. “Luxuries” are far from the truth. Avoid like plague. Paper thin walls so you hear children crying and dogs barking all night and day.

Apartment is overpriced. Luxurious is an understatement… truly just an average apartment. Management never replies to emails or calls, unless over petty stuff. You can hear your neighbors since everything is paper thin. If you enjoy hearing moaning from the apartment below you, then this is your place. Neighbors are the worst (unfriendly and assume the worst). Avoid at all costs (much better opportunities within the community than these over priced “luxurious” apartments)

Horrible office staff would not even give them one star. Stephanie(sight manager) is without a doubt unaware of her actual responsibilities as she has maintenance men bring legal documents, financial information. brought back and forth between the office and residents instead of fulfilling her actual duties (Getting out of her chair walking) I witnessed this myself as my elderly neighbor was moving. Thank goodness the man who brought them was kind to her. The other office staff stands outside smoking all day, by no means call them with a question or concern they will treat you like you are beneath them. They are rude and do not seem to know how to properly handle issues With a place they “run” complaints from other tenants I hear all the time about the two rude incompetent employees in the office. The maintenance men work hard And are very nice and helpful unlike their bosses. Providence hills apartments are nice and kept up well the only issue with this place is that the office staff is deplorable.

My apartment is the nicest complex in the Ashland, KY area. Nicely built with a convenient dog park, pool, gym, playground, and laundry mat. My apartment is one thing I'm very proud of, especially being 19 and having such a nice place to call home. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath with dining room, kitchen and pantry and living room. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!
