Provenance Apartments

Apartments have been very nice, I have enjoyed the indie coffee roasters, neighbors are nice. The wifi is very fast when connected to ethernet and buses have facilitated getting to and from campus

good rooms, clean, can't really complain. however it is a bit of a walk from the academic buildings (~30 min) and the busses are typically late by 5-10 minutes

The apartment is wonderful except for one slight hindrance that my shower water does not get hot. The shower is much cleaner than the communal showers in other dorms and gyms but does not get as hot water as them.

it’s incredible. everyone is great and extremely social too. it also isn’t too loud, so i have no trouble sleeping on time. over all, provenance is great.

The Rooms are amazing although the gym is a bit lacking in equipment. Both times I went, it was missing the things I needed. The walk is also a bit of a hassle but thats not their fault.

Great place to live for college students. New buildings and apartment are in great condition. New restaurants and coffee shops around the area making it lovely.

The apartment is wonderful and definitely spacious enough to hold all of my belongings and live comfortably. My only reason for the 4-star review is that the floor of the shower was relatively dirty when I arrived, however this was easily fixed with a bit of cleaning solution

Very nice apartments. Could be nicer given the price for rent. Great location with the apartments being next to Purdue University. I would recommend.

The leasing staff has been kind and worked with us so well, even during choosing an apartment! They helped us get exactly the unit we wanted. The location is lovely, just on the edge of campus, near a park. And the interior is very nice too, especially the floor-to-ceiling windows!

Providence made the move in process, super fast and easy. It is super safe and the apartments are stunning. Great appliances and the management/ maintenance team is always prompt and helpful. Overall, I love living here!

Its so nice i liked everything and the black accents. however i could hear everything outside so it doesnt really have a good noise cancellation

Its really good, the place is really comfy and big. There are def problems but the positives outweigh the negatives by a lot. The rooms are spacious enough that you will never run out of space, the kitchen and the walk-in closets are also really great

The staff and management need to be improved. The apartment complex is nice and offers many amenities, but an overall improvement in management needs to be fixed.

Clean apartment with good amenities. Close to campus and convenient location. Provides small fitness room and working space, as well as valet trash service, though you can throw trash in the compactor yourself. The apartment itself is of great quality and the LED lighting is very bright. Some small amenities like a bike room would be nice, since the apartments are not so large. Also hallways and elevator can be a bit smelly and residents sometimes leave trash in the stairways and hallways.

This community has the best staff and their communication to the residents is great! They take pride in keeping up the community and are quick to address any issues.

So far, the apartment is clean and new. I love the black details in the kitchen and bathroom. My only problem is that im only offered one key

The view here is wonderful and the community is very pets friendly! Love that. Also not really far away from school. Totally workable. Free and big parking area also make me happy.

nice place to live and good team running the place. New apartments, expensive for not being furnished but still a nice place to live. Some features are nice others like the lights can be weird.

I like the apartment complex but have had some trouble with payments and the website. I think that if the website was more frequently updated, the process would be much easier.

Moving to Provenance has been a smooth transition. The apartment is nice with good standard on the interior and I like the area. It's easy to live here

The community is good and the management is fine, but there are some problems. For one the trash is HORRIBLE. The increased rent for a valet trash pickup system has barely solved any issues and has made dealing with trash unnecessarily difficult. Furthermore, the trash compactor is ALWAYS overflowing and makes the parking lot stink. Another issue is the current lack of amenities, there is only a gym and a small lounge.

Great experience! Safe and clean apartment complex! Staff is very nice and organized! Gym in clean and providence has a lot of amenities to offer!

Great apartments but lacks some amenities. No utilities are included but the neighborhood is nice. The original apartment has some quality issues due to being rushed, but newer apartments should not have those problems.

I’m moving in and excited to live in provenance. This area is perfect for me as a flight student at Purdue and I really like the buildings so I’m excited to see how my first year in an apartment goes.

Very good and clean. Wide hallways, big rooms. Living room is smaller than expected, but will certainly suffice. Natural lighting is beautiful

I'm loving living in Provenance the community is very welcoming. Already in the first night I felt like this was my home! I feel very confortable .

Great community and great location. The staff does a great job of keeping everything clean in the common areas and throughout the community. All of the staff is friendly and helpful.

I like it here. Very modern and when we had a problem they were really good and solved it quickly. Nice modern style to the apartment and Nice gym. Would like to have a bit more outdoor space tho

I moved into provencance apartment last august of 2022. For the most part my roomates and I have had little to no problems other than a couple maintenance problems.

The complex is very pretty and usually quiet especially compared to the rest of Purdue. Maintenance comes within a timely fashion. I just wish the had more amenities for dogs like a dog park or even more potty break stations with trash cans.

Great people, great area! Providence apartments is clean and spacious! It has all amenities you need, a gym and study/lounge area. Apartment is also connected to a coffee shop!

Love it! With the exception of the thin walls but that’s normal for apartment living The staff is amazing and extremely responsive! No issues at all

The building often is not fully functional; the elevator is usually broken, and all the door access scanners are broken, making it hard for the residents to get into the building as well as for carriers that have to make deliveries.

Very good. Garbage collection, new appliances, maintenance are the things I like about here. This year's price is very reasonable. Very open view.

No issues. Amazing apartment!!! I love it sooooo much. Spacious and roomy place, calm neighborhood , New appliances. I really appreciate living in this place

I personally love it but with separate water, electricity, and internet(the big one), the price was higher than expected. I personally believe it is worth it but perhaps not for everyone.

I would because they came quickly and got the job done.
