Best community I’ve lived in! courtyard is perfect for summer with the grills, pool, and new playground! I heard the community will be getting a dog park also soon! I can’t wait!

Peaceful living with a staff who truly cares! I would highly recommend to family and friends.

I can't say enough about this place but i will try. This place is beyond awesome from Adria's professionalism, to how amazing Brittney is. Maintenance is always prompt and friendly. The apartments are newly renovated and I am recommending this place to anyone I know.

The apartment is great! So clean and up to date. The management here is amazing. They are all so sweet and helpful!

This place is not worth it. There are no amenities other than a swimming pool and they charge you $10 a month for the swimming pool. There are 175 units here that means they’re stating it cost $1750 a month to run a pool that is only open until 8 o’clock at night. The water bill here is astronomical. It is anywhere between $130-$200 a month. $10 for trash that is overflowing on a weekly basis.

I use to really enjoy living here until they got bought out and now have implemented new management. The new management is awful the rent keeps going up higher and higher and they continue to take any amount of money they can. This place is a horrible place to live. You will get burned. I have watched so many people leave or get evicted some the new ownership.

I used to love living here, then SMP took over. It is difficult to get help when needed, and rent is astronomical for what you receive. I will be moving out ASAP.

This used to be a great little place to live. When Strategic Management Partners took over, that quickly changed. They would not negotiate a rent increase, fair enough; however they couldn't give any reason for a whopping 40% increase! We dealt with Tara who always seemed annoyed when we reached out. I would stay away if SMP are still managing this property.

Tara & Noah have been so great to me nicest people to work with got me an apartment leased in about 5 days so happy to be here thank you !!

Tara was very professional, answered all my questions and is respectful when listening to my wants and needs in an apartment. These apartments are well kept and affordable and I am excited to move in! Highly recommend anyone looking for a place to live to reach out to Tara for a tour

Arbor is a great place, very quiet and apartments are roomy. The manager Tara is very nice and very helpful. I’m on a waitlist for a 3 bedroom and she has checked in with me regularly to let me know she hasn’t forgotten about me. I currently live in a 2 bedroom and can’t wait to size up.

I really love living here, maintenance is always on point with what they do and manage is always available immediately during business hours. A very quiet and friendly neighborhood, great for a long term living arrangement.

I love living here! It is nice and quiet. We feel very safe here! The apartment manager goes out of her way to help us and make us always feel welcome. The pool is always nice and quiet + clean in the summer! I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone!

Britney jumped into action after some water issues. She bought us new towels to replace ours from the water. They are all quick to answer questions and fix any problem we have. Ten stars.

Arbor Terrace is a great place to live! The community is very clean and quite! The apartments recently received Granite countertops throughout! The management and maintenance team here are always on top of any issues or needs of the residents! I would recommend this community to everyone one!

Arbor Terrace is a beautiful place to live! The management, Brittney, she is absolutely exceptional! Brittney makes such a stressful situation such as moving, way easier! Arbor terrace is kid friendly, adult friendly and family friendly! We have two playgrounds and a swimming pool which is great after a hot day! Arbor terrace is located close enough to all of Romes amenities! Mantinace is always super prompt with any issues pertaining to the apartment! Arbor Terrace is in all is a great, quite place to live!

Brittney is amazing! I’m a travel nurse that rented a fully furnished apartment while working at a local hospital and it was a great experience. I loved the apartment. Brittney is so accommodating. It’s close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Arbor Terrace is a beautiful rental property that is welcoming to any and everyone! The kitchen/bathroom cabinets and counter tops are newly renovated with gorgeous white granite counter tops with white cabinets. If you are looking for an affordable, quiet, and cozy place to stay, this is your place!

Arbor Terrace is a great place to live. I have children and this is by far the safest and cleanest apartment complex we have ever lived in. Management and maintenance are always on point. Landscape and pool maintenance are always well maintained. Management always goes over and beyond to make sure we as tenants are happy. Hands down best decision choosing to live at Arbor Terrace for my family and I.

Arbor Terrace is a excellent place to live. I’ve lived here for over 4 years and have two children and they love it and have made good friends here also. It’s very convenient to work and schools and stores. It’s also a very safe place to live and not worry so much about crime. Nice apartments, amazing property manager and maintenance man. I have lived here for 1 1/2 years and have loved it. Property manager is on top of things and she makes everything easy to handle. If anything is needed to be done, she is sure to have it taken care of that day. Nice facility, gated, friendly neighbors. I will miss being a resident.

I lived here for a year amd ONLY left to be closer to my job. I was upset the 1br didnt have a W/D hookup and planned on moving into a 2br when my lease ended, but instead, made the mistake of moving out altogether.. Kimberly is an AMAZING manager and I never had an issue. Speaking of issues, if I had a maintenance issue, Michael was prompt and SUPER knowledgable! They made living here a breeze! My ONLY other complaints are no awnings over the doors, so when it rained, you had to hurry to open the door, and some residents didnt care about the trash compactor and would just toss their trash outside of it.. super friendly area and great neighbors!

Lived here for three years and loved it. Anytime something broke or there was a problem, maintenance was out there ASAP to fix or replace it. Management is easy to get in touch with. Pool and playground are nice features. Our apartment had a private deck which was very nice. Plenty of storage space in the 2 bedroom 1.5 bath apartments. Gated and well lit. Very safe feeling the entire time I've lived here. For the price this is a very quality living arrangement.
