Gret apartment complex! Beautiful and everything is new. Only issue is that it can be difficult to get ahold of the office as they are so busy.
Very nice and clean apartments! Love all the amenities and the staff are very helpful. The neighbors I’ve met while moving in seem like good people and the building has to be scanned into so it feels like a safe community. Overall would recommend.

A seamless and stress-free experience from the start! All staff members are very kind, resourceful, and overall a joy to speak with. Very happy we decided on Prospect Lake Wire!
This apartment complex is great! I love all the amenities offered including coffee, gym, pool, hammocks, dog park, bikes, etc! Some of the things I do not love are the somewhat thin walls as I can hear the upstairs neighbor and the limited storage space in the apartment.

So far so good. We just moved in, so still getting settled. But first impressions are good. Neighbors are friendly. Staff at office are helpful and nice. The property is really nice. Issues get resolved quickly, and it's pretty quiet in our building. We feel at home here.

I have had a great experience so far! Staff and neighbors are friendly. The apartment is clean and in great condition. The only areas that can be improved is cleaning the in pool chairs and connecting the gas lines to all the grills. The noise level is acceptable but loud at some times.

Going into my third month now. The community is clean and maintenance team is quick to resolve/fix issues. Aside from the train that got some getting used to this place is great! They have a bunch of community gathering event which is cool. I haven’t attended but the fact that they host these events for people to socialize is pretty neat. I do however wish they would add a car washing station and maybe another dog park on the other side of the complex. Another suggestion would be adding a dog poop trash can station walking towards the dog park. You need to walk pretty far to find a poop station coming from building 320.

I recently moved into this apartment and so far, it’s been a great experience. The unit was clean and move-in ready, with modern appliances and plenty of natural light. The building is quiet, well-maintained, and the neighbors seem friendly.

Apartment itself is very nice. The process was riddled with incompetence from my leasing agent. I was scheduled to get my keys and finalize my lease on a Monday. I was told on the prior Friday at 4pm that I needed to get the electricity in my name by Monday or there would be a 50$/day charge from the apartment. I could’ve gotten same day start-up for that Monday, with the electric company, but they also charge 50$ for same day requests. I had been approved for the apt. days before all of this nonsense. Not sure why she waited til the end of day on a Friday to relay this important information, when I was to assume the apartment on the following Monday. In addition to that, she told me in an email on that same Friday, that the pro-rated rent had to be given to them in a cashiers check or a money order. What is this, the 80’s? I wasn’t left with any time to get these 2 issues arranged when I work a full time job and wasn’t given ample notice to get these things done in time.

Good Experience thus far. Just getting settled in. Nice complex, with nice amenities like valet trash. Wish the parking area was gated, but so far no issues and plenty of parking.

We just moved yesterday and I am so happy that we chosed Prospect Lake Wire. It is a beautiful place, we love our apartment , everything is calm and neat. The office staff has been very helpful and friendly. We walked to Swan Brewery on the other side of the lake and had a great time, they had live music.

Lovely property. Leasing staff was very helpful. We were very impressed with how clean and well kept the grounds were. Being able to use the elevator to move to the third floor was absolutely a blessing.

Halfway through my lease, this property has surpassed expectations, specifically in the staff and amenities. Highly attentive and quick to resolve any requests along with a great fitness center and pool. The location, on Lake Wire, is great for walking into downtown or Bonnet Springs. But also being it's own property where parking is not a problem and upcoming shops/restaurants on property should be a bonus addition.

The apartments are really nice and the area is beautiful. However the pool has been closed for weeks at least and the internet may be hard for you to use. The grills on other side of apartment complex need to be set up. That’s a pretty simple fix there could be community events it’s hard to know others here. However the staff are really nice. The hammocks and swing are nice. Also good to know there is fire pit and the clubhouse has a good gym and pool table. Overall it’s new and always can continue to improve and I assume it will.

Staff is super helpful and friendly. The amenities and location are great. Very clean modern units. Would give 5 stars had it not been for the noisy sirens from the street that sound like they are in my living room, but that’s a part of city living.

Outstanding response to any problems. The area is very nice and I love the coffee machine. We love the club house and were able to use it for my wife's party.

I recently went on a tour and Brady was my tour guide. He was very thorough and intentional with the tour and answering all my questions. The complex is beautiful and I hope to be able to move soon. I highly recommend taking a look at this place and having Brady show you around.

Savannah is incredibly friendly and responsive, always going above and beyond to make sure any concerns are addressed promptly. The amenities are top-notch, with well-maintained common areas, a beautiful pool, and a fully equipped gym that I use regularly. The location is also perfect – close to shopping, dining, and public transportation, but still in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. This is truly a great find. The apartments are beautiful, and the office staff are friendly and easy to talk to. These apartments are close to downtown Lakeland, which is has a lot of great things to do. Interstate 4 and the Polk parkway is near, which makes it easier to commute. It's a wonderful location.

We all know that searching for a new home is not the easiest mission and certainly not my favorite one, however, I have been working with Savannah, and she has been the most enthusiastic, patient and understanding representative that I have ever encountered during a home search.
