It is simple, Nice and Luxury. Immediate help in case of any questions. I love it. I have already visited and they loved it. My son moved from Kentucky and is very happy with the place.
The move in process is always a stressful one, but Kadie did absolutely everything to help every step of the way. She kept constant communication with me and managed to make it all work out!! So far, I am very happy with the complex - amenities are great, unit is beautiful and brand new, parking is plentiful, layout is great! Overall, very happy! Thank you Kadie and team!

Amazing facility with awesome staff that are ready to help you with anything you need. Amenities are always kept clean and ready for whenever needed. I love that the clubhouse is open 24/7 so I don’t need to worry about it closing while I’m at work.

Love this community, The staff are super nice. Builders could have done a better job. The only grills with gas are at pool. That could be corrected. Gas for fire pit would be nice. Cleaning seems to be lacking and pool needs attention, in pool sun deck chairs in pool could use a good cleaning. Overall, nice place, needs some minor tweaks.

Location of apartments is great besides the train noise which hopefully can be dealt with maybe they aren’t allowed to run past 10 pm to 7 am or something like that, pool and amenities are great , gym could have more free weights such as kettlebells and more weighted balls. Overall the complex and staff are great.

Amazing apartment complex. The move in process was seamless! The apartment is a great size with plenty of storage. Wish those trains would come a little less though as you can hear them all night!

The staff have been extremely kind, and the amenities have been wonderful! The location is wonderful for me - both as an employee at Lakeland Regional Health, which is less than 2 miles away, but also as someone new to Lakeland Dash is on it Springs Park and downtown Lakeland are very close by! I’m so glad that I chose to live here!
The apartments are very nice. The gym is the largest apartment gym I've ever seen. The pool is nice, I just wish the lap lane was longer. I'm excited to see what shops are going to be located in front of the complex.

Me and my husband have been living here for three months and are very happy for choosing Prospect Lake Wire of all the places we checked. Here we use all the amenities and spend quality time together, we exercise at the gym, run the bikes to downtown, visit the Swan Brewery, walk around downtown, and also enjoy the pool. It is a great place to live, feels like resort living.

move in was quick and easy. but the elevator door should stay open a bit longer. Didnt realize the parking lot street light was directly in front of our bedroom window. will find a solution to block it out that stays within the rental lease agreement rules.

This apartment complex is great! I love all the amenities offered including coffee, gym, pool, hammocks, dog park, bikes, etc! Some of the things I do not love are the somewhat thin walls as I can hear the upstairs neighbor and the limited storage space in the apartment.

So far so good. We just moved in, so still getting settled. But first impressions are good. Neighbors are friendly. Staff at office are helpful and nice. The property is really nice. Issues get resolved quickly, and it's pretty quiet in our building. We feel at home here.

I have had a great experience so far! Staff and neighbors are friendly. The apartment is clean and in great condition. The only areas that can be improved is cleaning the in pool chairs and connecting the gas lines to all the grills. The noise level is acceptable but loud at some times.

Going into my third month now. The community is clean and maintenance team is quick to resolve/fix issues. Aside from the train that got some getting used to this place is great! They have a bunch of community gathering event which is cool. I haven’t attended but the fact that they host these events for people to socialize is pretty neat. I do however wish they would add a car washing station and maybe another dog park on the other side of the complex. Another suggestion would be adding a dog poop trash can station walking towards the dog park. You need to walk pretty far to find a poop station coming from building 320.

Apartment itself is very nice. The process was riddled with incompetence from my leasing agent. I was scheduled to get my keys and finalize my lease on a Monday. I was told on the prior Friday at 4pm that I needed to get the electricity in my name by Monday or there would be a 50$/day charge from the apartment. I could’ve gotten same day start-up for that Monday, with the electric company, but they also charge 50$ for same day requests. I had been approved for the apt. days before all of this nonsense. Not sure why she waited til the end of day on a Friday to relay this important information, when I was to assume the apartment on the following Monday. In addition to that, she told me in an email on that same Friday, that the pro-rated rent had to be given to them in a cashiers check or a money order. What is this, the 80’s? I wasn’t left with any time to get these 2 issues arranged when I work a full time job and wasn’t given ample notice to get these things done in time.

We just moved yesterday and I am so happy that we chosed Prospect Lake Wire. It is a beautiful place, we love our apartment , everything is calm and neat. The office staff has been very helpful and friendly. We walked to Swan Brewery on the other side of the lake and had a great time, they had live music.

Halfway through my lease, this property has surpassed expectations, specifically in the staff and amenities. Highly attentive and quick to resolve any requests along with a great fitness center and pool. The location, on Lake Wire, is great for walking into downtown or Bonnet Springs. But also being it's own property where parking is not a problem and upcoming shops/restaurants on property should be a bonus addition.
