Conveniently located across the street from the community pool and playground, this home offers a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. The large, modern kitchen is fully equipped and spacious, ideal for meal prep and gatherings. The finished basement provides additional living space with an electric fireplace, N64, and a game room. The outdoor living area includes a fully fenced yard with a hot tub for private relaxation. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. Conveniently located across the street from the community pool and playground, this home is a short drive to downtown Vermilion and nearby wineries, offering a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. There are decibel readers that track noise levels outside, and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A friendly reminder to remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. The community pool will be open May 24–26, closed May 27–29, and reopens May 30. It will close for the season on August 17. Hours may vary: Monday and Wednesday: 12–8pm, Tuesday and Thursday: 12–6pm, Friday to Sunday: 12–5pm. Please check the Vermilion community website for the latest updates. Hot tub rules include a $250 cleanliness fine if not followed, with a max occupancy of 7, no kids allowed without adult supervision, no diving or jumping, no food or drinks, no glass around the hot tub, and no smoking while in the hot tub. Turn off jets after use. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt. Charcoal grill users should bring their own charcoal. Checkout instructions are not mandatory but appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests.
