Our Parkview Ridge location is in the heart of Edwardsville near the new local shopping district, restaurants and the well known Airplane Park! It is also just a short 6 minute drive to SIUE campus. We offer 3 different floorplans all of which have 2 bedrooms, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal. ** The Open Floorplan Townhome is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome with off street parking and washer/dryer hookups. **The Traditional Floorplan Townhome is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome with off street parking and washer/dryer hookups. **The Garden Style Apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit that will either be on the ground or upper level. It also has off street parking and washer/dryer hookups. Our Parkview Ridge location is also pet friendly so your cats and dogs are welcome! There are plenty of grassy areas located around the complex to walk your leashed pets. For one pet, we require a refundable $300 pet deposit and an additional $50 per month in rent. For two pets, we require a $600 refundable pet deposit and an additional $100 per month rent. Tenant will pay all utilities at this rental location. Tour requests and applications can be submitted on Lerch Properties website by clicking on the Contact tab and then Tour Request.
