About This Property

Three bedroom two and a half bath in Peyton, CO. Great location: 5 minutes to Walmart, 2 min around the corner from Safeway, 20 min to Schriever, 16 min from Petersen, 15min to Colorado Springs. Available 2/1/26. 12 month lease required. 2,300 monthly and 2,300 deposit both due at time of signing lease. Two car garage, built in desk, laundry room includes washer and dryer, and rooms are good sized. Renter will pay all utilities including Colorado Springs Utilities, Mountain View Electric, and Woodman hills metro district for water, sewage, and rec centers(pools/basketball/gym/fitness classes). Pre-approved dogs are allowed with non-refundable $250 deposit and $30 per month per pet. No cats allowed. No smoking allowed. Criminal, background, and credit check completed through a online application process. Each person over 18 must be on the application and it costs $30 per person. Minimum credit score considered is 650. No past evictions, stable proof of employment, must make at least three times the rent amount, positive previous rental references, and must provide last three months bank statements. Apartments does not let me publish my cell/email unfortunately due to privacy policy, so for more info on application process or showing times please inquire through the system.
