I have lived here since 2008 and have had many happy years here. I enjoy going to the Friendship Community Center and love going to activities there. There is a bus to take us shopping and to other outings. I would recommend living here.

Recently moved from what turned out to be impossible to stay in. Williamstowne has been my dream come true so far. All staff is very helpful and courteous. Maintenance immediately takes care of any needs. Our apartment is as home as can be.

I have been living in the Williamstowne Village for a little over a year, and I love it.
I have been reporting my dishwasher broken now over 2 months. Still not fixed called again. About this. Management never returns calls!!
I have lived here 3 years. Lots of positive changes and so much to do activity wise. I love it here!
I had a lovely experience living here...people are very nice, it truly is a village...your life us what you make it...
Staff has proven to be unreliable, rude, outright liars and very mean and vicious. Refuse to allow tenants access to reserve club house for private parties. The staff obviously seems to take some kind of perverted pleasure in treating their tenants in this manner!
They're understaffed! Poor daily maintenance of buildings, poor snow shoveling during the winter. Unsafe exterior lignting. Office staff is not responsive to tenants request in a timely manner due to understaffing. I've lived here over 3 years and the quality of cleaning has deteriorated over the last 2 years!There are a few people who live here that are no where near 55 years of age. People are riding around on the property on skateboards. They don't have enough staff to perform the basic daily tasks that are required in a Senior Living community.

The management at the apartment resort has been very busy this past year! Lots of upgrades! The grounds are now landscaped and we have a new fish pond to sit and relax by. I couldn't feel more at home here. Oh and I have wonderful neighbors too!!!

There's is no security system in place, the complex is old needs to be upgraded. We have very bad dust problem, where you have to dust almost twice a day. The rent is to high, where as I could be paying this amount for condo or town house. Management is not renters friendly, it takes to long for repairs. Looking to make a move if we could find the right location. Some place where is always warm.
