I love my living space, it’s just what I have been looking for when I was apartment hunting. I love the home feeling with the plants in front of the porches and the planted trees that beginning to bloom, I am totally stress free here, love coming HOME. I love my community. I want to thank the office staff for going above and beyond for showing the property six times, and answering all my questions. I love walking with my dog early Saturday morning outside the gate and loving the atmosphere. I love that the traffic isn’t heavy because of the location is tucked away and surrounded by beautiful homes.I know I made the right decision moving to Novo Avian Pointe??

It has been a very pleasant experience hardly any issues. Been here since Feb 2025 and it is now May 2025. Friendly staff, they do monthly events for the tenants and it is greatly appreciated. The gym is super helpful and the surrounding area is great to take the kids out to the park or exercise.

Definitely been good thus far. The communication from staff isn’t always up to date. Calling the office seems impossible to reach someone unless I physically go into office. Community is pretty quiet and friendly.

My experience is good so far just one issue the unavailability of the bikes out by the front but so far the community is quite it's clean also at one point they take a long time to collect the garbage but I guest thats resolve but overall it's OK

I've been living here for 4 days, it's nice and quiet, the only thing I didn't like is that they take the dogs out and don't pick up the poop, they should fine people for this so they would learn to pick up their pet's needs, I also see that the grills by the pool are very dirty.

It’s cute. My dog likes the dog park, the air is fresh and the neighbors are kind. Living on ground level has its pros and cons but it’s convenient when you have luggage or groceries

After a few months of living here the door lock stopped working through the app and shortly after the fob stopped working as well. Tried to address this situation with the front and after the first attempt to tell maintenance, nothing happened. We were forced to leave our door unlocked for almost a week and when going back to the front, the lady sitting at the front desk proceeded to lecture us. We were not happy at all but they ended up just putting a normal door lock on the door. Aside from that the front gate has been broken for weeks because somebody crashed into the pole with the keypad and now the gate just has cones permanently blocking our gate. The apartments are nice but the front is a nightmare.

The staff is friendly. However, I have had many problems with my appliances since moving in this weekend and maintenance has only been by once to troubleshoot one issue. I believe there should have been an apartment inspection prior to move in.

Not good. My apartment was not cleaned properly. The bathroom sink is leaking. The window in the bedroom is cracked. Also, this is the 2nd apartment that was not ready for move-in. The 1st one that I originally moved in was in even worst condition. No excuse for a place that is brand new and charge so much. And have rules like no smoking. Fix this problem asap.

Very beautiful place, and quiet. I love the spacious kitchen and laundry area. Everything is spacious. So far no complaints. Management was also very nice.

It’s a nice place. But the spiders and noise issues keep this community from being five star worthy. I constantly hear my neighbor with his surround sound every night. Even before he purchased the surround sound we could hear conversations. It’s a serious issue and not sure why they made the walls so then. The spiders are in the pool area and the gym. Some of the equipment didn’t work in the gym. So you can’t enjoy the amenities. For a while the bikes couldn’t be checked out. Maybe that has been fixed. Not a good start for just moving into this apartment complex. Hopefully things will change for the better.

I moved in here in June and I absolutely love living here the management is great. Maintenance always do their best to fix any issues you might have. There also is community welcome wagon and they plan special events all the time overall I would recommend this community to any of my friends or family.

A lot of the people that live here leave trash around the complex and make the place look like a dump. The leasing office is full of some of the most unhelpful and rude people I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. They hate having to do their jobs and they make promises that they do not follow through with. Internet is out half the time; the door locks never work so you can’t even lock your own apartment to keep your belongings safe when you leave the house. You pay extra money to have smart features in the apartment (thermostat controlled by your phone, unlocking and locking the front door with your phone, etc) and not a single one of the “smart features” have ever worked since I’ve moved in. And maintenance doesn’t know how to fix them! The postal companies never provide you with a code to get your mail out of the mailroom and the leasing office will fight you every step of the way when trying to retrieve packages and blame YOU for not having a code that was never provided.

**Review of Novo Avian Pointe Apartments** I've been living at Novo Avian Pointe Apartments for a couple of months now, and overall, it's been a good experience. The apartments are modern and well-designed, featuring sleek interiors with brand new smart appliances, which makes everyday life more convenient. The community itself is very clean and smoke-free, which I really appreciate. It's also eco-friendly, which aligns with my values, so that’s a huge bonus! The amenities are top-notch, and everything feels fresh and new. However, there were a couple of hiccups when I moved in. My washer wasn't working properly, and I noticed the apartment wasn't checked as thoroughly as I would have liked before my move-in day. Although it took a bit of time, the maintenance team eventually fixed the issue. The biggest downside for me is that bugs can get in sometimes, which has been frustrating at times. Despite that, the pros definitely outweigh the cons, and I still enjoy living here.

Apartment is beautiful. Complex is beautiful. Move-in was rough as the apt was full of bugs and dirt and was not move in ready. Once we got passed that it’s been pretty good.

Very easy process staff are very friendly. I was running late to sign my lease and get my keys and one of the staff stayed to make sure I was taken care of… I was so happy they did this for me . Anytime I called and needed help with anything or simply a question answered. They were always there to answer.

Neighborhood is really nice and family oriented. The area is a very friendly one so far. The three issues I’m having are: BUGS, specifically spiders everywhere, loud music, and the gates are not working. You can ask any resident and they’ll tell you about the spiders/ants in the halls, stairs, door entrance, everywhere. It’s driving us crazy!

So far I like it here. Have only been here for a month and it’s nice. It is pretty buggy but we are right next to woods so it’s expected. But overall pretty nice.
