Property Ratings at Pritchard Estates Apartments
The neighbors are so friendly! The manager Melissa and maintenance Randy are awesome! Let me say I have never lived in a place where the manger and maintenance can greet everyone by name ( adults, children, and pets too!) They are very professional yet personable and easy to talk to. The apartments are big with a lot of storage, and they have fun activities to do every month almost I would definitely recommend Pritchard to those who are looking.
The Management Team of Melissa and Randy rock. They work great together at managing and maintaining our apts. and the grounds here at Pritchard Estates. Melissa and Randy are the best. They remember everyone's name and work together as a great team. I have been here for 3 years and plan to stay.
I am going on my 2nd year living here & I just love it. The neighbors are very friendly, and the Manager, Melissa, and Maintanance Man, Randy, are so helpful. I feel safe & secure enough to leave my car unlocked & my apartment when I go on short trips. It is very clean and they have family activities every month.
I have lived at Pritchard Estates for 4 years now. I love the peacefulness and always feel safe. I am a single mom and have never felt more comfortable.
Our new apartment my fiance and i just moved in and getting married this October and were are very pleased where we are living.
