Maintenance guys are great, however they need to be able to hire a tree service to remove multiple hanging branches -over garages- and to remove fallen branches as well. Upper management needs to allow this to happen.

Lots of green space for dogs, nice to have a garage for camping and water sport items, feels more like a house than apartment, quiet area too

Everyone is so kind and friendly. Everything looks clean and tidy. Maintenance crew is quick and informative. I never really liked the apartment life but living here has been pretty great

The staff here is so friendly and helpful. We have been living here for under a month and absolutely love it so far! The rooms are spacious, and includes many closets for storage that we love.

If you are looking for a great place to live check Prinwood Place out! I have lived here for a year and absolutely love living here. The community is quiet, very friendly and overall clean. The office staff and upper management are fantastic to work with. My townhouse is the perfect size, nicely laid out, new carpet and updated with stainless steel appliances. The overall community is outstanding and a great place to live plus you are close to shopping, grocery and restaurants.

Prinwood is a great community to live in. It’s a quiet place to be and you have great neighbors. Everyone on the staff is friendly and glad to help.

We just recently moved in and fellow neighbors have been extremely friendly already and welcoming. The staff have been wonderful. The Townhouse is a very nice size for an apartment complex. We are gonna love it here

Nonexistent office staff-average life span is 6 months or less for the office staff. Upper manager is slow to respond. Buy your own sidewalk salt and shovel-- not enough maintenance staff ability to do them on weekends.

Rent is way too high for what you get! The window are very bad and you can feel a breeze come in. The appliances are out dated! Things are not allowed to be done right around here. They are done as cheap as possible. Only good thing about this place is the maintenance guys. They do their best to make sure their residents are taken care of!

I love living at Prinwood Place. It is a quiet and safe community where you have nice neighbors. Management and maintenance are great and respond quickly.

Great place to live. It is quiet and the homes are nice and well maintained as well as the grounds. Rent is a bit high but that is everywhere now. If I had one wish, I would love to see rent prices come down. Overall, this is a great place to live and a wonderful community.

Nice Amenities, Great Staff and Support staff. Clean grounds. The staff really appreciate the community. There is plenty of things for all ages here.

Appliances are out dated, windows are very crappy. You can feel the coming through the windows and can hear neighbors taking outside. Air flow isn’t good. No matter what you do there’s so much dust in the air, you get splintered from the cabinets if your not careful, there not any storage, neighbors do not anything about person space. Rent is way over priced for these townhomes

I have been in my townhome for 5 days and absolutely love it here! The office staff is wonderful to work with and made my move in process super easy. The townhouse is beautifully laid out and very clean. The Prinwood community is clean, quiet and peaceful yet you are close to shopping and restaurants. Love it!

It is so quiet and peaceful here! My neighbors are very nice and friendly. The property manager and staff were wonderful and accommodating at helping me get my lease going quickly and answering all my questions. My townhouse is beautiful and laid out perfectly! So glad I made the move to Prinwood Place!

I like the leasing agent in the office! She is nice and listens and I appreciate that! The maintenance guys are quick to get the job done! I love the and how close it is to everything and to my job!

I have only been living here for a day, but hear me out... This community is awesome. Prinwood is a very nice residential area, all residents I have met thus far have been incredibly kind and ready to help with move-in and feeling at home. The leasing office have also been very helpful in making sure everything I needed was set up and ready to go when I got here. Awesome place to live!

The office staff is pretty good but I have had lots of maintenance issues since moving in here. That is really all I can say about this community I was hoping for better

Great area, close to highways and stores! Main floor not very well insulated! Cold drafts come in the winter time! Maintenance guys are friendly and respond to requests in a timely manner!

I would never recommend this place! The only good thing is maintenance man Jeff, this is the truth! The pool you can’t ever get a key it is a lot to pay here for nothing

Everything has been very good living here. If we have questions about community notes it's easy to call and get clarification. We have space for all of our needs and hobbies. Dog friendly, helpful staff, makes for a good place to live

It was a super easy move in process, i like the washer and dryer being in there. Clean and cozy. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Life is great at Prinwood, quiet neighborhood, dog friendly, just off the main roads and close to a lot of shopping/recreation. Maintenance responds timely to concerns. Kids need more playspace so they can safely play and ride bikes out of the parking lot.

I like where I live. I was not given the correct unit. It’s not the unit I want. I showed proof they gave me the wrong unit and all I hear is that they’re sorry for the miscommunication, here’s a gift card for moving into a dirty apartment that you didn’t choose. The gift card didn’t even cover the cleaning fee. It’s clear they don’t care about their residents. So disappointed!

It is very expensive to live here, nothing is cheap here! However the parking lot is like a race track it is awful they won’t anything about it! Maintenance man Jeff is wonderful gets the job done!

So far everything is good. Furnace wasn't working when I moved in but the maintenance men were quick to come and fix it. Only been living here under a week.

Today I was supposed to move in my apartment was flooded everywhere. I was unable to move in for 2 days but was compensated for nothing. I will now have a higher electric bill from all the fans that are running in my apartment so far this has cost me nothing but extra money

I wish I found this place when I first moved to west Michigan. I would’ve moved here first. I lived at 2 other places before here and they were alright. But this place is better than alright. I enjoy living here.

Prinwood is the nicest place I have lived since moving to portage in 2019. I don’t think I’d choose any other place to rent at. It’s close enough to everything but not too close.

It has been a great experience staying here. I haven’t lived anywhere so pleasant before! Leasing Office staff have been great as well as the Maintenance team. The townhomes themselves are VERY spacious and have been well cared for and the best part is having in-unit laundry. Everyone is neighborly and the noise levels are very minimal. I just simply love living here.
