This is my third consecutive year living here and the place is the best it has ever been! The leasing office and maintenance office are incredibly top notch and stay on top of any question or problem that anyone may have. I’ve seen many changes within the grounds and the staff in my short time here and Kenneth, Keshyra, and Julie are not only some of the most professional, but they are also some of the easiest and fun to talk to! They all make leasing visits a very pleasant and informal trip and anytime maintenance visits my unit they also have a great attitude and strike up great conversation! I recently had to transfer units and the staff made the experience as smooth as possible for me and made moving itself a whole less stressful. If you’re thinking about moving here RUN don’t walk because it’s a great place to call home! Kenneth is your guy to talk to! Not only is he a friendly face with an optimistic attitude, his great sense of humor and classy outfits are on par with his professionalism and willingness to take care of everyone who walks through that door!

Princeton Place is a great place to move in and has such helpful and knowledgeable staff. Specifically, Kenneth was amazing with guiding us through the transition process and making sure all of our move-in needs were met. I highly recommend these apartments and the staff!

Princeton place is terrible!!!! The apartments are over priced and when you go to put in a request you’re going to have to wait because the excuse is “we are short staffed”. They will try their best to make you stay. They are pet friendly but they let any types of dogs there and don’t obey by the pet policy. The people in the front office will give you the go around they will get you into an apartments but after that your basically on your own. Broad Management is a joke!!!! They are money hungry people and don’t care about your well being. I had black mold in my apartment and they didn’t treat it nor did they care i had it. Tried to make me pay 3 times of what my rent was because i told them i was leaving over the black mold in my apartment. They are useless. Stay away from this complex they will take all your money if they can and they will not “take care of you”.

I enjoy the property, the gated community gives a secure feeling In the city. Spacious apartments with great air conditioning. The leasing agent Brittnie done a fantastic job showing the apartment.

The leasing agent Brittnie was very helpful and answered all of my questions about the unit I was viewing. I have enjoyed my time at Princeton this far!

This property is amazing and super beautiful!!! It comes with some amazing pools on the property and if you have small children the park is an awesome perk to have. Princeton Place is also pet friendly and they have an awesome dog park for the furry friends to go and play. The property manager in the front office Ms. Emily is amazing. She knows her property and loves her tenants. She is the most respected and kind hearted person. She cares and will push above and beyond to achieve the project. Princeton Place is somewhere I definitely call home.

We love Princeton Place it has a pool and a playground for our child to play at. if we have a problem we contact Brittnie at the office and she helps us with anything. She is a great worker.

The entire staff are friendly and like family! I have been here almost a year and Emily along with staff has taken care of anything that I have needed. I love living here and being a part of a family community.

The property itself is beautiful. Some of the units are a bit outdated but the location, staff, and grounds make up for it. I’ve been here for two years and haven’t had an issue yet. It’s quiet and doesn’t seem like it’s in the middle of the city at all.

I have lived at Princeton Place for over two years and have truly enjoyed my experience. The staff is very helpful and responsive and even if they cannot do what I'm asking, they always explain it to me and try to find another option. I have lived in rental homes/apartments my entire adult life and can tell you this is one of the best I've experienced. Many places are only interested in your money, but that is not what I feel here. Yes,I have had to wait for a part to come in to fix a maintenance issue from time to time, and yes I have had my rent raised annually, but that's the reality of renting a home/apartment. I have checked, rent has gone up everywhere and this is still the safest place in the area for what I am paying. My fur baby also enjoys it here, and my neighbors are polite and quiet. I highly recommend Princeton Place to Professional any adult that wants to be safe and comfortable in their home.

We dealt with many issues with this complex. A large number of ants hills everywhere & never corrected; the tennis courts were disgusting with glass & mold. The playground was horrific the entire time we were there. Ant hills throughout the play area. Spider webs covering the equipment. They told us they were redoing the playground. That took over 7 months and by the time it was redone, we moved out. The tenants above us smoked and were loud at all times of the day. The dog park was not maintained, and poop was never picked up. The swimming pools were disgusting! They were never cleaned. We broke our lease early and we were told we would have to pay all of March plus another month's rent and lose our security deposit. We were fine with that, and then they switched it up. They informed us AFTER that we would also have to pay for any damages as well. They charged us $75 for the blinds. Mind you, these blinds are the cheap ones you can find for $20 at Home Depot. If you touched the blinds, they would break. They also charged us an additional $75 because the oven was not cleaned. All you have to do is hit the clean oven button. We never missed a payment and were great tenants. We left the apartment clean when we moved out. Charlotte stated that they gave us a "deal" on the blinds. They also were initially charging us $20 for the blinds and out of nowhere it went up to $75. When I asked why we had to pay an additional $105, they kept saying that corporate has not released the security deposit. It was NEVER mentioned that this would possibly be the "additional damages" outside of keeping out the security deposit that we would owe. They are scammers!! STAY AWAY. Emily also stated that she told me all of this information when I met with her in person about breaking my lease, and that was a BOLD FACE LIE!! They will lie and try to get any additional money from you. They received a total of $3075 for breaking my lease. (And we only broke it 2 months prior to the end of our lease) STAY AWAY!!!

I moved from another state and the attention I received before I arrived and now that I'm settled has been amazing. Received great emails explaining housing requirements and step by step instructions. All forms were provided in a timely manner. Erica, Jason were excellent in the office and in support services. I made the right decision choosing Princeton Apartments.

I had a really hard time getting and finding an apartment in this area for about 6 month but the moment I applied for Princeton place I was approved and contacted within 30 min. Emily and the other staff are fantastic to work with and definitely has made this place a home.

Asking around, word of mouth from people who lived in Albany for a while has been positive about Princeton Place. Obtaining the lease and moving in was simple and straightforward. Ms. Amy was helpful in walking me through the leasing process and setting up payments with utilities. I relocated to Albany recently but there was little waiting time to move into the apartment. The apartment itself was clean and spacious enough, though the washer/dryer space was a bit cramped. Any maintenance issues were promptly addressed and fixed. Location is also not far from mall, stores, restaurants, or other commodities. Highly recommend.

Ms. Amy is one of the most nicest and compassionate person I’ve ever met. My family and I needed an apartment ASAP. It was literally 30 minutes before she got off. I gave her a call and requested a tour. She didn’t hesitate. My family and I moved into our unit less than two weeks. It is our first time staying in an apartment complex and we are truly loving it. It’s peaceful and relaxing. I love the idea of entering a code before entering the premises. Most importantly, they allow pets and have an awesome dog park.

I can NOT wait until my lease is UP! The money I’m paying you can actually be paying in Leesburg. Better amenities and appliances. These units need to be revamped. I refuse to continue to live amongst GNATS and my issues are going on death ears. Please DON’T waste your money here!

After having to quickly terminate my lease in my previous apartment coming here was like a piece of cake. Mrs. Emily was absolutely amazing and transparent with everything from submitting the application to moving in! So far I am very happy with my experience and love to call Princeton Place my new home!

I needed to get a place to stay due to my job changing and April made the process very easy for me. It was nice to have a smooth process in a busy time.

This was my first move in process and I don’t think it could have went any better. Ms. April and her staff were very helpful and super kind to me during my transition, and they also made sure everything was taken care of once I arrived.

We were inquiring about renting an apartment here. Unfortunately they didn’t have any 3 bedroom available right away but also they had a pet weight restriction which unfortunately we didn’t meet that. April was very nice talking with us and going over details of the floor plan and even though we couldn’t rent there because of the weight restriction on pets she was very nice to take us to a place where she recommended because of the schools. She knew I was a parent of two young ones and I wanted them to go to a decent school district so she told me and my boyfriend where to go and went the extra mile to really show us even the apartments in Albany where to maybe rent at and we are not to rent at. She was so nice and polite and going out of her way since we were out of towners and was moving into the Albany area soon. Thank you so much April for all you did for us.

We quickly needed a short term, furnished apt. Thank you April for all your help and assistance! We are pleased with the pretty furniture, decor and furnishings. Everything we need from the kitchen, bedding, towels to the vacuum cleaner. A nice setup and pleasantly quiet as well.

I recently moved to Princeton Place Apts. about a month ago, and I love my new home! Transitioning from a 2.5 hr distance with a 5-year old is not easy, but Ms. April made this a very easy and smooth process for me and my daughter. There's so much to say, the most important being that this is a wonderful place with wonderful people, and I looking forward to having great memories here!
