I love it here, I am a single mom with 3 kids and feel very safe. The staff is super nice and very helpful. The maintenance staff always comes right away to help out when needed. The property is well maintained and we just love it here!

Great place, staff is friendly and helpful. Our neighbors are quiet, the complex is clean, and has good amenities. I don’t like all the inspections and making me empty my storage closet out each time but other than that I have no complaints.

Princeton Parc has been such a delight to live at as well as the atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly. I have no complaints as it has everything we need and more and it is very quiet.

Friendly staff. Maintenance is quick. Feels like home here and love that there is a park for the kids to play. The pool is nice, could use some maintenance though.

It’s been pretty good here. I will say they usually are pretty quick to fix any problems we’ve had. We have been having a tiny sugar ants a spider problem for a while now and still has not been fixed yet.

Beautiful place, I love how the parking is, safe for kids the layout is perfect! Not a lot of outlets where people can just fly around the parking lot in their cars! Also the pool table at the pool is cool!
Just joined one month back and my experience is good so far. Havent explored all the amenities yet, but so far its nice experience. Staff is supportive.

Nice Community, pool, if something is needed call maintenance and those guys are right on it. Recommended to anyone. However if you don’t like stairs lol stay on the ground floor

This community is very respected & friendly to all the Tennant who have move in. They real problems are there are not any that I can remember in the last 13 years that I have been here. The staff is polite & honest to all of us. Being a long time Tennant has helped my hubby and I to stay over & over. WE LOVE IT

Great apartment, love the atmosphere. We have now lived here for almost 2 years. Our dog loves the balcony. Only down fall is the ac we had issues with but they came to replace
So Beautiful. Never took walks at my old apartments now I’m taking walks almost everyday!! It’s calm and relaxing. Love feeding the ducks and squirrels while I do too.
Nice place, friendly staff. The rooms themselves might show their age a little, but the common areas are very modern. Only issue is that you seem to be forced into using Spectrum for internet service.
So happy here, my kids love the pool. The office staff is so nice and accommodating. The maintenance staff is top notch! Would recommend living here to others.

While my fiancé and I have only been residents for a short time- Princeton Parc has exceeded our expectations. We were greeted warmly upon arrival, assisted in every way we thought possible, and are dumbfounded by how beautiful the complex is. Greg, the maintenance manager, is not only a hoot, but has been professional, attentive, and seems genuinely passionate about us having a functional and comfortable unit. Liz, in the leasing office has been wonderful and is a stand out at Princeton. Overall- we are very happy with our decision and to live in this wonderful community!

Very respectful, clean and amazing community. Super friendly! The community is so beautiful and the apartments are 10/10 love the high ceilings which pull together the place.
It’s been pretty great here. Whenever we have had problems the maintenance men always came super quick and fixed it. The area is always so clean I really have no complaints:)
Great quiet community, friendly neighbors, staff is awesome! We’ve been here for 4 years now and would not change it for anything! Best part to me is them being so pet friendly!
We got switched to a different apartment one week before moving. If caused a lot of stress since w e had already changed address at USPS postal service, furniture delivery, fpl etc. and they told us it wasn’t their fault. Not even an apology. Well, it wasn’t my fault , I signed a contract , paid my fees etc. They provided us another Unity but has a lot to fix in it. Our dishwasher doesn’t work, some painting are not well done. They are fixing things little by little, but it was a little disappointing. Besides this incident , we love here. It’s clean, quiet and they are prompt to our requests.
We like living here, however the management office gave us an apartment with outstanding issues that should have been fixed prior to move-in. We are moved in and still finding issues to be fixed. To their character they have fixed most things in a timely manner, however we shouldn't have had these problems on move-in.
I have been living here for a little over 2 months. So far, my experience here at Princeton Parc has been great. Maintenance is quick to respond to your requests, it’s a quiet neighborhood, good location, the pool is nicely maintained, and the move-in process was super smooth. The leasing agent Elizabeth was great with walking us through the process and was responsive with any questions or concerns we had.
I’ve been living here for a couple years and I genuinely can say I love it. It’s not PERFECT but nothing is perfect, but this is as close to perfect as you will get with an an apartment complex.
We Enjoy the pool area & features in area as well! Perfect set up to enjoy the Florida weather. Apartment complex is in a good location for grocery stores and restaurants.

The office people are amazing and the whole place is just a great place to be. Nice neighbors and emergency services showed up not even 2 hours after I called about the ac not working as we were burning up like we were in a oven. They are fast responders and work with the residents nicely.

To be honest I do not think it the best place to live because the workers team in the office are not helpful and they do not want to give you any chance if you have any little mistakes

I enjoyed living here for 1 year until prices were raised more than $200/month for rent. RENTER BEWARE that upon moving-out, you WILL have to pay for cleaning, carpet cleaning, and any "damages" they find even if you have evidence otherwise. I spent time and money to clean my entire apartment, including the carpet, before moving out and I was still charged over $300 for cleaning fees and a broken fridge shelf that I definitely did not break. Despite having photo evidence, I was informed that I would have to submit a formal legal complaint to the office. So now I need to spend even more money to get a lawyer to fight these charges? Ridiculous. Cleaning the unit should be part of a normal unit-turnover. The tenant should only be charged if the apartment is left in disrepair that significantly differs from how they received the unit. Just be prepared to have extra funds on hand before moving out because guaranteed you will be charged.

Princeton Parc apartments are full of rats and raccoons. Management is terrible! They will help you anyway they can to get moved in, and once that lease is signed... you are now a burden and nobody will do anything. Theft is terrible there, so lock your doors! If you make the mistake of moving in after reading this, I’ll pray for you.
