Dover, New Hampshire's oldest permanent settlement, sits along the Cochecho River, where historic brick mills have been transformed into modern apartments and businesses. Downtown Dover features local restaurants and breweries, while landmarks like Henry Law Park's waterfront playground and Garrison Hill Park's observation tower offer outdoor recreation with sweeping views of the area. Current rental data shows one-bedroom apartments averaging $1,698, while two-bedroom units typically rent for $1,946.
The Children's Museum of New Hampshire and Woodman Institute Museum anchor Dover's cultural district, housed in preserved mill buildings that celebrate the city's heritage. Housing options include apartments in restored mills and traditional New England-style homes throughout established neighborhoods near the Cochecho and Bellamy Rivers. The downtown area offers easy access to shops and restaurants, while waterfront improvements continue to enhance the riverside experience.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Princeton Dover Apartments
I have been living in Princeton Dover for 7 whole years and I have deeply loved it! You don’t hear noisy neighbor and the community is very clean and well maintained. Staff are so friendly. Especially Gabby the property manager and the maintenance staff always provide timely help whenever you need and solve the problems effectively. It was always a pleasure to talk to them as well. The neighborhood is pets friendly with a newly built dog park. You never worry about losing your package because there is a package room and the staff label your last name and put on shelves in a very orderly fashion. There are also social events and gathering from time to time. There are so much more to love about this place. I highly recommend everyone who is looking for an apartment.
I've previously lived in Princeton-owned property, and I really enjoyed my experience. Unfortunately, our experience with the Dover property was not good. We scheduled a virtual tour with an agent, and they no call/no showed to the appointment. I called the main office, and they were apologetic and rescheduled. Again, they no call/no showed to our rescheduled appointment. I reached their calling service when I tried to call the main line. The service said they would reach out to the company to let them know what they had done and to schedule a follow up immediately, and the company never called me back. They wasted 2+ hours of my time waiting for tours THEY scheduled and never followed up on. They were very eager to maintain contact when they have openings and think you are a viable lead to make money off of, but once they fill up they will ignore you and not give you a courtesy call to say they cannot attend the virtual tour, or to let you know that they are actually full. We have since found another place to live, but when/if we move in the future, we will not be going with Princeton Dover.
These are not luxury apartments and shouldn't be priced as such. Small laundry room, cheap interior, and too much of my rent money go to exterior maintenance.
I love living here it’s a good environment very clean and update the girls in the office are amazing and always have a smile! Not planning to move anytime soon!
