Everyone is so nice! Christina always answers my emails the same day, Mike does great work and Cindy is very personable! The area is well kept and safe. So far I’m loving it!
When I downsized and retired this was the best choice in all categories for me. No stairs, washer/dryer in unit. Private patio. The complex has "out in the country" feel. Just off Edward Hines Dr. which provides a nice drive home avoiding congested main roads. Very responsive management and maintenance man lives on site. Good landscaping service at no charge. By far the best choice apartment complex in Western Wayne County. Everything you need within a 3 mile radius, from beautiful Downtown Plymouth to Sams Club and Walmart without the Endless City feelings. Give Princeton Court a look.
This place has been great so far. I just moved in. The management here has been awesome. It was super easy to deal with these guys. I'm in a 1 bedroom with my dog. Everyone has been super cool and it is really quiet. I love the ranch style and the grounds are well kept. I'm happy
They responded to my inquiry in less than 24 hours! I hope I can get a place to call home here.
How I miss my apartment there. It was so quiet and everyone was friendly. We lived there 2 separate times. We are in a regular style apartment for twice the price and have nothing but issues. The grass isn’t always greener and unfortunately we learned that the hard way. Chris works hard to keep everything in line as well as her helper and the maintenance man. I would move back tomorrow. Don’t hesitate.

I have lived here over 7 years and am still loving it! It is peaceful, quiet & well maintained. When ever a issue occurs it is taken care of, office staff & maintenance is very nice, and willing to work with you! I am very happy with my for-ever home! Thank you Princeton Court!!!
Single story, washer and dryer in the apartment. I lived in the 2bd 1bath and it was very nice. Staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place.
Horrible place to live, people are rude and constantly watching what you are doing, there is no privacy! Office staff is a joke, they have no idea how to run a complex.
I have been living at the Princeton Court Apartments for the last 4 years and love it there. I have the one bedroom apartment and while they a bit dated they are comfortable and have an attic space for storage. I have made some great friends and have no problems with break-ins or other such issues. I highly recommend these apartments! I plan on living here for a long time to come.
For the past six years I have had a two bedroom 864 square foot model. Love that it is single story with no one above or below me, creating a peaceful, quite living space. Well maintained grounds in a beautiful country-like setting with many trees. Plenty of storage and high ceilings. Professional, responsive management team. Such a wonderful place to call home.
I have a 1 bedroom, 576 sq ft, apartment. Perfect amount of space for me. The apartment is a little outdated but that reflects in the cost for this area. I wasn't happy that the space wasn't cleaned when I moved in. They said they did a light cleaning but there was piles of dirt in the kitchen. My fridge needed to be replaced within a week of my move in but they gave me a brand new fridge. Things have been good since then. Neighbors are friendly, walk ways have lights at night, common yard is well maintained, and maintenance man is very nice. Walking distances to county parks and about a mile from Old Village Plymouth.
