The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Prince Hall
Stay Away Apartments Are Full Of Rats And Roaches And there are families of coyotes so if u have kids this is not a safe environment
This a nice place in a decent area. Located about a min away from local freeway's (275, I75, M10, 94)and about 5 mins away from downtown Detroit. Fantastic views of the 4th of July fireworks, either from the comfort of your balcony or literally just walking outside. The Chene park amphitheater that sits on the Detroit river is perfect for summer concerts and is a mere 2 mins away. There are lots walking paths and bike trails in and around the property. While the units are on the smaller side, I do enjoy the in unit washer/dryer and central heating/air. The common areas are pretty well maintained, and there is community garden located near the rental office. Depending on staffing, service requests take anywhere from the next day to a week and half and seem to handles by order of importance. Knowing the property is gated, I feel pretty safe and most neighbors here look out for one another and are pretty nice. I have been living here for about three years and other than the size I have no major complaints.
