Prime is a very quiet community with an excellent location and very nice amenities. But the best thing in my experience is the attention provided by Cristina from the front office. It was awesome.

I absolutely LOVE the Prime Community. It SUPER close to EVERYTHING. The units are very practical, comfortable and it’s always so clean and quiet! I have lived many places and Prime is TOP TIER! If you’re looking for a great community LIVE HERE! Management (latavia) is absolutely wonderful and my leasing agent christina was so patient and helpful!

Prime has been a great place to live. I hav been here for over 7 months now and I have had a great experience. The community is quiet but I love the food trucks that come and encourage connection and community. The outside areas are clean. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating, probably the best part of the experience.

I had an amazing experience at Prime Apartments. The community is always well kept and act quickly when we have any concerns. The office staff and maintenance team is great and always show respect. Never felt more welcomed in any other apartments other than Prime; they love to keep us involved. Amazing service and truly happy to live here.

Nothing but problems, staff is unhelpful. If you like roaches this is the apartment for you! Plus your key fobs will randomly break. Gated community is a lie they break all the time. Good luck getting your packages the system breaks all the time. They left us in the dark for a month when we had electrical problems. Plenty more I could say. Don’t move here.

I moved in a few days ago and so far everything has been amazing!

Prime is everything I have wanted in an apartment. The amenities are amazing and the community is super friendly! My dog loves the dog park and how many other animals are around!

The move-in process quickly became maddening. The small office staff was rarely present to answer the phone. Email correspondence dragged out days. Questions regarding move-in fees and the contract were going unanswered. Move-out was deplorable. It turned into a long-drawn-out four-month acrimonious struggle. Unbeknownst to us “standard” fees superseding our security deposit. This was the first time in our lives we have not received our security deposit back. Maintenance was not available to bring us paint upon move-out. After waiting around half the day, Maria phoned to inform us “Not to worry about painting; given the fact they were not available to provide the paint to us.” I confirmed with her we would not be charged for this, correct? She confirmed, “of course!” Because we did not have her word in writing, we were charged an exuberant amount for the painting charges. It started out equivalent to a 3 bedroom charge, we were only a 1 bedroom apartment. There were several other “standard fees associated with all move-outs” totaling several hundred dollars above our security deposit. When we tried for months to call and email to discuss an abatement of these unjust charges. We were ignored, receiving no reply. Exasperated by the situation we decided to appear in person to speak with management. Maria absconded from the room making herself unavailable to answer for the paint charges. Management said they would look into the inflated charges, agreeing they seemed high, and would email us. Management never emailed us. We had to repeatedly leave voice mails and email for another two weeks. Ultimately succumbing to unjust charges that were only minorly adjusted. As a resident, the joys of the amenities were short-lived. A few months after moving in the apartments became very full. Most nights and weekends the amenities are packed with nowhere to sit and unable to enjoy. Also short-lived was peace and quiet. As the apartments filled we quickly realized how thin the walls and floors were. We heard stomping and music blaring at all hours of the night. This was almost every night of the week keeping us up until the twilight hours. The office staff responded they would address the noise. Unfortunately, it never subsided. We enjoyed the aesthetic of the property and our apartment. It was initially why we were persuaded to pay an inflated rent, deeming it worthy. Ultimately, once pulling the wool from our eyes, we were left feeling deceived and underserved.

Beautiful community, wonderful office and maintenance staff. You all care about our community and residents. Would definitely recommend.

So far, extremely unhappy with our experience at Prime. And as much as we would like to stay here, no effort has been done to make this place livable. No one follows up with the rules and regulations set forth in the contracts, and when we mention our problems to managers, we are responded with we will get back to you and they never do. We have been trying to contact someone for months about our safety concerns to no avail. The amount we are paying for this place is unreasonable for everything we have to go through.

This is exactly the home I was looking for! Everything is clean, the employees are nice and warm, maintenance is easy, the complex is quiet, there are wonderful places to relax all over the property and the amenities are fantastic.

New community with up to date amenities and apartment layout. All staff are very nice, approachable, and available when needed.

The moment I walked into the main office it was very welcoming and the staff makes everyone who comes through that door, feel like family. The office team are all professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The layout, finishes and of course the amenities are all worth it. The only thing Prime is missing, are a few restaurants on the property.

Prime have been a great experience so far. The apartment is new and so far, has maintained clean. The amenities are great. The space provided has worked well for my significant other and I and we have made it into a comfortable place to stay. Parking is easy. Package is easy. Very central area with lots of things to do close to the area. The staff is always friendly and does their best to notify us as Prime Residents.

Es un complejo muy completo, con un gran gimnasio, una bella piscina y muchas amenidades.. nos gusta mucho el hecho de que los pasillos son cerrados con aire integral ( parece un hotel) y en cuanto al Apt es muy moderno con lindos y prácticos detalles y por supuesto la atención de los asistentes a la comunidad es la mejor. We love Prime Apartments! The homes are beautiful and we love the amenities. It is also in a fantastic and quiet location!

Paper thing walls, you won’t get any sleep and the staff does not care. I’ve seen two people murdered since I’ve lived here. Oh and there’s barely any parking and they tow your car all the time.

Incredible new property in a prime location. Sleek, modern apartments with luxury amenities and appliances. Great location if you work at Disney with just a short drive and any stores you can think of right nearby. Very friendly service. Roman at the front and Tony in maintenance are great.

Ive have had a great experience at Prime Apartments. Marie and Roman were so nice and helpful. Everyone is so nice and I really enjoy coming home after a long day at work. I highly recommend touring and making Prime your home.

Prime is a great property to live really clean, organized and staff is anazing!

First time coming here automatically felt like home. The staff is so nice like weve been long time friends. The Prime luxury apartments is no lie to when it comes to luxury living. Most places call themselves luxury but its no lie at Prime. Moving in was easy and nice. The location is perfect to get to places and do things. I wouldnt want to live anywhere else. This is my home, my community.
