Prime at Oxford

I recently toured these apartments with a friend who is attending Miami Oxford this fall. The apartments were very nice and upgraded and the leasing agent was wonderfully kind and eager to help!

Living at the Aviary apartments, is relaxing. Great crew for the maintenance men. And the office staff is amazing. Hope is excellent at her job!!

We toured and 2 weeks later we moved in to a beautiful newly renovated apartment. The apartments are more than you expect, the neighbors are so friendly, the office staff went above and beyond and we’ve seen maintenance men on property every day we’ve been here. Very thankful

I have happily lived at The Aviary for an entire year & have chosen to extend my lease contract due to the fact that the maintenance crew works very hard & there is a great family environment. I thank everyone in the management and the staff. It is clean, quiet, & everyone is friendly around the property. I feel safe living here!!!

I toured these with a friend who is looking to move. The apartments are nice & the buildings were clean. The manager seemed really helpful.

I like all the upgrades that have been done since last time I toured this property. The grounds are always kept nice & the residents seem to all enjoy living there too.

This is a very nice apartment complex. There is good parking space and the floor plans are not small like some can be.

A lot of the apartments are being re done which I moved into a new one and so far I can't say I have any complaints. The rooms are pretty spacious and open with good lighting. I really like the cabinet space in the kitchen and the big sink. And it's quiet here most the time.

Very professional and helpful community manager! She help me through all the details when applying. Also great community with wide living spaces.

Very peaceful and newly updated units the staff is helpful and answers all your questions I would recommend to family and friends The Aviary is a wonderful place to live.

I enjoy the size of the apartment, the rooms are good sizes. My friend lives here and when I visit it’s always a good time.

Love living at this property staff is amazing maintenance men are on their game put a work order in and they respond within minutes absolutely wonderful

If you need things fixed in the home the maintenance are usually always quick to help you. Overall a good place to live if you are looking for an apartment.

This places is great staff is amazing The maintenance staff is great they’re always on it and never cease to amaze put in a work order he show up five minutes later they are great grounds look amazing in scenery is beautiful

The office staff is amazing which made the whole experience awesome.

The residents are nice and it is a pet friendly community. I appreciate the staff especially the maintenance.

If you're looking for a clean, local to everything apartment complex go here. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable I spoke to a girl (hope) to inquire about a 2 bedroom and she was super sweet and helpful. I went to check the area out and it's really nice and well manicured. Would totally recommend.

I recently moved into The Aviary Apartments in Oxford, Ohio. The apartments are clean and fresh. The manager is awesome. The maintenance guys are professional and friendly.

This place only gets prettier and prettier. The owners are always doing improvements. They just did our hallway. It's all striking and very nicely done. I also got a sneak peak for the new renovated apartments...those are pretty sharp and it comes with a all in one washer dryer combo. It does both wash and dry in one machine!!!

Apartment is nice and in a good location. The staff is helpful and answered all my questions. I would definitely consider moving here in the future.

Tucked back and quite, with good landscaping. The staff is nice as well.

I applied for an apartment and was approved. When I was approved, I asked which unit I would be placed in. I was told a building and general location of the unit. When I received the lease, it was a totally different unit than I had been told. The new unit was totally unacceptable because I have a dog, which they were aware of, who likes to bark when he hears a car door. I was placed in a unit that was on in the same building and floor as the leasing office. The traffic in this building would have been bad for my dog and bad for my neighbors. The unit that I was originally told I would be moving to was a much quieter building. Had I known that I would be getting the unit that was on the lease, I never would have applied. I also had struggles getting the leasing office to return phone calls and respond to emails. The units are nice, the property is nice, but I can't help but feel I was given a bait and switch.

I have lived here for several years and have been pleased up until the recent change in management. The office seems disorganized and it's difficult to get a clear answer about anything. It's disappointing because I liked the apartment up until this point.

We have lived here for over 3 years and i couldn't imagine living anywhere else. The management team here is top notch and very caring and helpful. The maintenance team are very fast about repairs. We highly recommend Indian Trace Apts.
