I have lived here for a year and I really have no complaints. - Apartment grounds are kept clean - I feel safe, many of my neighbors have lived here for years - The staff is always so nice and helpful. I recently moved into these apartments the end of this last summer on my own. The first time I walked into the leasing office I was welcomed by a gentleman with high spirits and a genuine smile. I felt like I could ask questions and ask for the help I needed to. It’s the small things! Preston Run also helps with the big things: that same gentleman helped carry BOTH my washer and dryer up three flights of stairs. That was a blessing! The maintenance team is awesome here. My first week here, my roommate and I put in multiple maintenance requests and they were taken care of within 48 hours if not less. When they were taken care of, the guys were always super respectful and offered help/advice elsewhere if I needed it. It was really important for me to find a place where I can feel safe and be friendly to others as a community - you’ll find that here! Preston Run has great amenities as well: a gym, tanning bed, random movie nights, gift giveaways, an office where there are always friendly faces and it’s a gated community as well. Overall very happy with being in the location I am with the people here too. Thanks Preston Run!
They treat me like family everytime I walk in. They always know who I am. Wil is amazing soo funny and makes sure everything is taken care of. They all truly make it feel like home.
I’ve been a resident of this property going on for about 2yrs. The property is kept clean at all times by maintenance, staff, and residents. There are always events for us to come together, so definitely keep in mind this property.

Me and my roommates are moving out of a terrible situation and had found Preston Run one day. And from that first day, the property manager and leasing manager not only welcomed us with open arms. Not only had confidence and kept calling it our new home but worked off the clock to help us get out of situation. They actually show you the apartment that you will be getting. Basically me and my roommates were losing hope but Preston run gave us the hope and motivation to keep going. I can’t thank them enough. Free dinner and brownies.
My wife and I moved into these apartments about a little over a month ago. We have loved every minute at Preston Run. The apartments themselves are spacious and luxurious. Just look at the pictures they provide! No special lighting or trick angles like some complexes use, which is what we thought at first. Once we took a tour, we were convinced that these apartments were the right ones for us. Wil did an excellent job giving the tour. The property grounds are regularly maintained and a beautiful. Parking has never been an issue, which is rare in most apartments. Even with hundreds of people living within the gated property, there are always spots open no matter what time of day. It’s nice to come home and be able to park right outside your apartment. The onsite gym has most anything you could need to get a complete, heavy workout. The fenced dog park has so much space for our dogs to run around; they certainly don’t have any complaints. These are all things you can see in a tour. The thing that stands out to me the most is just how great the staff treats people. Once you live here, you’ll see it every day. Both Wil and Sylvie have been nothing but genuinely friendly and professional. We are always greeted with a smile by them whether we’re in the club house office or out walking our dogs. They have treated us kindly from the first tour and continue to do so to this day. The response time and turnaround to repair any issue is quick. It’s great to know that good help is just a call or email away. We especially like the fact that they both live at Preston Run. That says something about how special this place is. It also shows how and why they are so passionate about keeping the place running smoothly, because this in their home, too. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I hope this review offers a glimpse of what we get to experience every day at our amazing new place. We love it here!
Preston Run is definitely. Place I am glad to call home! This is definitely a 5-star complex with caring office staff (whom I love to visit and have a laugh with!) and a responsive maintenance team that addresses all of my needs. The complex is clean, gated, and has a beautiful entrance. While I don’t take advantage of the fitness center as often as I should, it’s top notch and has everything you need for a full workout. The complex is also very pet friendly. The entire team knows both me and my dog by name...and even gives my dog treats when I visit the office. The tenants are quality people - I love their friendliness and “neighborhood” feel. I’ve become good friends with many of them. You won’t regret living here!
My husband and I have been living here for about a year and a half now, and just love it here. Wil, Dana, and Sylvie always go above and beyond to help you with anything you could possibly need. The maintenance guys are very knowledgeable and helpful. Very pet friendly as well, we have a small dog but I believe they allow larger dogs. Our dog loves going to get treats from the office and visiting Wil. The grounds and the apartments themselves are beautiful. Our apartment has two huge tubs with curved shower curtain rods, crown molding, updated and modern lighting and appliances. They throw the best pool parties as well.
Friendly & attentive staff. Gated community back from road w/ plenty of trees. Pool & Fitness room. Groceries & gas super convenient. Some of the staff live onsite as well as police officers.
This is by far the best apartment complex I've lived in, in the Nashville, TN area. The management is very attentive as is the maintenance team. Any time I've had to call them, they've fixed or solved any issue within 2 hours. Two of the management staff live on the property so they are never far away. The apartments are clean and I consider them to be unique. The grounds are kept spotless by the landscaper and the maintenance team. This is a gated community and you need a card or a code to get it. The gates are always working. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to live and the amenities are great.
We lived at Preston run for 18 months it started out rocky but it was by far the best apartment experience we had. Maintenance is great they always respond with in 24-48 hours. Debbie is the head of maintenance she would help any anyway she could providing extra care when needed. The office staff 98% of the time answers the phone and are very knowledgeable. We relocated to Michigan that was the only reason we moved. However I wish we had the staff and service that was provided to us at preston run

I lived here for a year. It's an amazing place. Beautiful pool! The office staff are very nice and helpful. Very clean grounds, decent size dog park. Very safe community.
We have lived at the Preston Run Apartments in Goodlettsville TN for over 1 1/2 years. The reason We were interested in these apartments is because of the office that came with the 1 bedroom. I will working from home by the end of this year and it was nice to have the office option instead of getting a 2 bedroom that we didn't need. The complex is a gated community and that provides a sense of security. The manager and agents that work at the apartments also live here so they get to know you by name. The pool and fitness center are some of the best I have seen. There are also options of having an enclosed sun room or balcony. We chose the balcony so we could sit outside during any type of weather. The people in our complex are a great mix of older and younger tenants. There may be things that may not be perfect here, but overall I haven't even thought of living anywhere else. I would like to stay here for a long time. Come check it out for yourself.
