Property Ratings at Preston Mill
Anyone searching for an apartment should look elsewhere. I've had constant problems with this place since moving in. There's never enough parking and people are constantly parking in front of garages, in handicap spaces, no parking zones, etc. the ceilings are paper thin and at times it seems that your neighbors are gonna come right thru the ceiling. They constantly have something broken or not working either with the gates, water lines, mailboxes, etc. Each tenant pays for pest service yet, the job that is done is very minimal and I promise you, you'll have a significant bug problem. Today, My account was charged twice for rent payment, for a total of around $3400 and then they had the nerve to charge an additional $35 because the total amount wasn't available in my account. Seriously? I'd look elsewhere around Newnan for a place to live
Cori was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is newly renovated. Neighborhood has a home like feel.
Roach infested, littered with food waste everywhere. Dog droppings are not picked up by many residents which can lead to disease.
Very polite and caring team. Staff is there when you need them. Maintance will even come out on the weekend for emergencies and arrives fairly quickly. Definitely renewing my lease!!

We are disappointed to hear that your experience here has not been a positive one. Keep in mind we do offer pest control service weekly and will need to be scheduled with the Leasing Office. We have a groundskeeper that keeps the community clean daily and our disappointed to hear that some of the residents are not following the rules. Preston mill has been a safe and homely place for us , kind neighbors and a general homely feel this apartments have been far superior than any others we have heard about or lived in plus the office crew is bomb!!! And so is the maintenance!
Preston Mill is a place to call home for anyone not ready for a house yet. Beautiful and well located community!
We have been living here for almost a year. The staff is fantastic and any maintenance request is addressed almost immediately. Never in a million years thought we would be living in Newnan, but so thankful we made the move!

The staff here were extremely difficult and irritating to work with. As long as one pays rent and says nothing, they are fine, but the minute you try to get them to fix an issue, they have a problem. There were always little issues here and there, but the noise was over the top, and staff did not want to lift a finger to handle it. The place is also overrun with bugs and cockroaches. They charge too much for mediocre quality at the very best apartments. Move somewhere else. This is a horrible place to live

Place is over ran by cockroaches. The staff is very non-professional. Break something and need it fixed? That will take at least 4 weeks and then they will probably just mess it up more and blame you for the expense. Preston Mills is a horrid place to live. They have become a place of crime and there is nothing going on about it. Before you move I suggest you do a “night visit”
It’s not what they try to make it out to be, horrible patched carpet, large cracks in walls, rent way to high for what your getting. Filthy stairs. I regret the day I moved in, third floor 72 years old not good. Fell on property and broke my leg, I did not sue even tho I was advised to, I did ask if they would consider me moving to first floor for same amount and I go a definite NO. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

These apartments seem good on the outside, but walk into one and it gets terrible. The walls are as thin as a pencil. Meaning if you carry a lot of things while trying to open your door you might put a holebin your wall. Not to mention all the bugs living in them. The trash 'Pick Up' is nothing more thatln a chore in itself. You have to follow specifically stated rules, or you get a fine. Trash bags cannot weigh over 25lbs, you can't put them out on random days, they almost never get picked up on time, and and they can only be put out at a certain time. Meaning, that if someone is leaving for a trip, an elderly person is going to sleep soon, or someone is going to work and won't be back in time for the due time, if they put their trash out they can be fined. Only the apartments that are close to the office gets cleaned. There are spider webs, wasp nest, and colonies of roaches everywhere you go. Not to mention when people play loud music it radiates through the apartments. I can hear someone's full conversation three floors down. The staff only gets onto the black kids in the area. Saying they can't sit on the steps, play around here, or sit on the curb like that. When the staff's children are doing stunts like throwing rocks over garages, pushing strangers into the pool, and yelling constantly. The rent has skyrocketed since new management took over. One bedroom is $800?? You're paying for trash, if nothing else.
Awesome very clean upto date and good neighborhood and great school district.Very affordable and spacious. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who want to live in a nice quiet safe community.
Looks promising, would love to stay in these apartments!
