This place is awesome, close to everything, in the heart of Levis Commons. One opportunity is to improve the amenities, stove and mainly refrigerator to bigger size. But overall, very satisfied.

Kelly was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made the whole process from applying to getting the keys a breeze! Very excited to move in and be a part of the new community in Levis. There are plenty of things to do around the complex and the pool, workout center, and entertainment space are great added bonuses to already wonderful property.

Unfortunately I have not been able to living in my apartment, while paying for it, due to the neighbors marijuana smoke coming in to my apartment and permeating everything I own; while pregnant and caring for a newborn. The staff have not offered any real solutions. I have washed clothing 3 times to get the smell out & furniture/ mattresses have a strong odor.

When we first signed the lease we were very excited about moving into this apartment given the location and overall appearance. However, our time since then has been way less than what we hoped for. From the beginning, the apartment had a slight smell of old cigarettes. Also, our apartment's master bathroom has been under construction and unfinished for over 4 months. Each time we communicate this with management they send maintenance to work on it for maybe a day's worth of time then never come back until we bring it up again. It appears there is no plan in place to really fix the problem without us mentioning something. Meanwhile we have been paying our full rent each month as any discussion of a reduced rate for inconvenience is immediately brushed off or flat out ignored. If you are lucky enough to have an issue free experience here then I believe it will be an enjoyable time. However, when issues arise communication is definitely lacking.

I absolutely love the amenities, area, and staff at this complex! It is a friendly atmosphere and you can smile and wave to all of your neighbors. The staff responds quickly and treats you like family! These apartments are located in the perfect locale with just a short drive to both Bowling Green and Perrysburg. The surrounding school districts are some of the highest rated in Ohio! I highly recommend you choose Preston Gardens for your next home!

They don’t manage the trash well so they always have to have overflow dumpsters in random parking spaces. Constantly see rats rummaging around dumpsters when on our afternoon walk.

Statistically sound leasing agents that understand majority of apartment goers stay for 24 month. So what they do is let surpass your 1st year lease and not ask you to renew your lease until the 16th month so if your plan was 2 years you are stuck with signing a lease you know you’ll have to break or paying 45% more for a month to month lease. I’ve been here for over two years… cars are broken into, maintanence and landscaping is terribly slow and only “band aids” issues versus fixing them, every single lawn chair at the pool (20+) are broken, trash service is EXTREMELY unprofessional and sketchy, management is SLOW on everything( example: when I resigned I was promised a professional carpet cleaning, it’s been 5 months and no carpet cleaning has happened yet). Stay away, the current management is ruining what could be, the nicest location to live in perrysburg.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m here telling you this place was excellent. Everything from the management staff to maintenance staff was perfect. Gym, pool, hot tub, etc. Everything was great. When there was a problem it was fixed quickly. Best apartment place around the area and the best we have ever lived at hands down. Highly recommend.
