We have been here over a year and couldn't be happier. The office ladies are very sweet and helpful, the maintenance team gets issues resolved quickly, and all of the neighbors we have met have been very friendly.
I moved here 2 months ago and it's been great! It is very quiet and the neighbors I have met are very friendly and welcoming. I can't speak enough about the staff....Karen is the most amazing person I have ever met. She goes above and beyond to make your move in experience a good one. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to call home!!
Karen in the leasing office bent over backwards to let me view a unit and get me set up to lease. She was so kind and helpful!
When I called to get information on this property, the customer service is what won me over. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If I left messages, they called back or they have the text option which is really cool as well. So glad I made the decision to make Preston Columbia my home.
I’m confused to read some of the reviews. From my first interaction I’ve have nothing but a great experience. They bend over backwards to accommodate us. I do hear what a nightmare the previous owner and management team was but it’s hard to imagine. The new team must have been handed a nightmare. Kudos to them for turning it around.
After reading several reviews all over the internet, I find that the previous management must have been a sheer nightmare. The new team in place has been awesome to work with from the initial contact, touring the renovated grounds, to the actual move in process. Is this a new property, no. But the girls in the office make it a pleasure to communicate with and a joy to sit and visit. Oh yea...complimentary coffee and snacks!
