Hi I have been at Presidio Square for 3 years in November. I down sized and me and my son moved in,And it works for us. Having a garage,2 baths,and a basement was on my must list. And iam close to my parents and my siblings.I love taking walks around The area,or sitting on my balcony to read and relax on nice Days.Me and my son love it here.And the staff has been great, When ever I have a question.The location is great.shopping,post office, Restaurants etc.Love The P.Square.Well kept.
Presidio Square is awesome if you are looking for an spacious and quiet place to live. There are many enjoyable features such as a private garage, gas fireplace, two bathrooms/Bedrooms. My favorite feature is the in unit washer and dryer!!! Say good bye to scraping up quarters every week lol. The community is very nice. All of my neighbors greet me with a warm smile and hello. The office team is also really nice. They will everything that the can to accommodate your needs. So happy that I moved here.
My husband and I and our two little dogs lived here for a year. The apartment was spacious and in great condition, plenty of closet space! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, plus plenty of parking and a garage too. When we had a need for maintenance, they were timely and efficient. We enjoyed our stay at Presidio Square and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and/or friends. Thank you for a great experience :)
