Presidio at Rancho Del Oro has been a great place to call home. The community is quiet, beautifully maintained, and has a very calm, welcoming atmosphere. From the start, the move-in process was smooth and well organized, which made the transition easy. I especially appreciate the peace and tranquility of the property—it’s a relaxing environment that truly feels like a retreat at the end of the day. I also love the short commute to Camp Pendleton, which makes daily travel incredibly convenient. Overall, it’s been a very positive living experience, and I’m happy to be part of this community. This community while is maintained well by maintenance is not well maintained by the management nor by those that do the bookkeeping. I would hope that you keep an eye on your bills as they tend to over charge and when you ask management to get a hold of you they simply blow you off.

Yes I've lived. presidio ranco del oro over 25 years , great place to live secure, quiet, well maintained beautiful scenery, staff is professional and curious.

I've only liivef here a few years but I enjoy the friendly atmosphere the rental office provides and the professionalism from the entire team especially maintenance.

Presidio is great! Property managers are very friendly, as are the residents. Feels pretty central with the grocery store so close, and the commute to Camp Pendleton is pretty manageable. I don't use the amenities (pool/gym) here as much as I thought I would, but they're well kept like the grounds. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for a home.

Service is always completed, quick, never noisy, clean work

This is a beautiful apartment complex and I have had nothing but good experiences with all of the management staff. They fix things right away when I say I need something fixed, they listen to any issues I may have, and they go above and beyond to make sure they are taking care of their tenants.

Living at Presidio apartments was quite a honor for me. Beautiful surroundings quiet security at night maintenance done right away fixing it the same day whenever something‘s wrong love living here been here almost 10 years.

This apartment complex has incredible house maintenance staff. The leasing staff are very helpful. Good value too.

Very nice apartment community. Close to everything I need: Ralphs, Graziano's Pizza, Jersey Mikes, In and Out, 24 Hour Fitness, Cold Stone, CVS, Lowes. Close to two high schools. MLK Middle School is highly rated.

Presidio at Rancho Del Oro is a wonderful place to live if you are looking for somewhere quiet to stay, but to be next to fun places to eat or shop at. The amenities are hard to beat as the play yards, pool and club house are great places to show friends and family when they come to visit. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for something with quality, yet for reasonable rent.

Beautiful grounds which are well maintained. Great community and energetic staff. Maintenance and leasing agents are prompt and professional. I would like to shout out Eric for his wonderful and warm service.

Presidio Aptsis a nice place to live, well maintenance quiet neighbors are respectful to others privacy I've lived here 24yrs it's always been a great place to live.

Overall fantastic apartments, lots of storage and very well kept and maintained. Pool is clean, hot tubs are nice and plenty of grills around the premises if your into that. Parking situation is one of the best of any apartment complex I’ve seen, plenty of spaces for the unreserved spots so you don’t have to spend the money to get the reserved. Overall very happy with the apartments and would highly recommend to anyone.

Very nice community, there is no lack of communication between management and residents. Maintenance request are sought through in a very timely manner. 10/10

I love everything about these apts. AC & Washer & Dryers. But the only thing that I don't like. Is the rent is getting to expensive, to be able to afford to live here now. But outside of that. I have No Complaints at all. Everyone's great here. The maintenance team as well as the staff also. They all do a great job.

Presidio Rancho del oro been my home over 6 years, and I love it here the community is very clean the staff are very helpful understanding.

Presidio's set in a fantastic wooded area, nestled beside a hill in Oceanside, yet right down the road, within walking distance, from a shopping plaza. The grounds are maintained very well with lush grass between apartment buildings and beautiful trees intertwined between all the apartments. The spacing provides more than enough room to give renters the privacy they desire. The buildings themselves are fairly old but the amenities, upgrades and remodeling has created a clean and modern living space to dwell in. Pricing, while crazy for the times, is competitive with the apartments nearby. The staff is always happy to see us and are a delight to work with and their maintenance staff is punctual, polite and thorough.

The rent is high here. But outside of that. This place is an awesome place to live. Safe, Clean, Washers & Dryers, Great Maintenance Team, Great Managers, just very nice apartments here. And they are all always polite and eager to please the tenants.

Presidio at Rancho Del Oro is a great community to live. The staff is great and the grounds are kept up well. They provide alot of amenities for their residents. We have a beautiful gym here to work out...a swimming pool with Jacuzzis....a dog park if you have pets , washer and dryers in each apartment home along with central air and heat. This is a beautiful location just minutes from the Oceanside beach! It can't get any better than this! Check them out. You will be glad you did.

I am not going to speak bad about this place The staff is nice But still i would not recommend any one to live here.

These apartments are a great place to live. They have AC and washers & dryers. And the staff are all very professional and eager to please their tenants. The maintenance teams great also. They complete their works orders as soon as possible, usually in one day. And all their work orders are well done.

Our experience here at Presidio has been pretty good, all staff are very kind and always very helpful.

My family moved into Presidio just a few weeks ago, but we already LOVE it! The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The grounds are beautiful and my dogs absolutely love both of the dog parks. Our neighbors are quiet but friendly and everything is easy to get to within the community. We had a couple of non-urgent maintenance requests, and they actually scheduled a time to come by according to our schedule, not theirs. So far, we are very happy that we chose Presidio at Rancho Del Oro to call home!

Entire property is disgusting. Every time I walk my dogs we come across litter ranging from food wrappers to empty beer bottles/cans. We even have to avoid certain areas/paths because theres broken glass all over the ground.

My girlfriend, dog, and I just recently moved in and are new to Oceanside. We really appreciate how seamless management made our move, they were professional, communicable, and the online systems were a breeze to use. Additionally there are plenty of amenities and 2 dog parks, which is great for our dog! Lastly id like to add that the location is great as well, its quite at night and grocery stores and shops are conveniently located within a half mile radius!

This apartment community has very friendly staff and decent amenities. However, I believe the rent is too high for what is offered elsewhere in the area. I don't see myself staying here if the rent is raised any higher after my current lease ends.

Garbage areas are overflowing with trash, dirty diapers, glass bottles, etc regularly. The sand dog park is littered with so much excrement a majority of the time that we dont even bother trying to take our dogs there. The grass dog park has areas where the fence doesnt even reach the ground as well as a pit with broken concrete in it; not appealing at all. Unattended children are constantly littering throughout the property, and they wreak havoc in the pool area making the pool yet another amenity we prefer to simply avoid. Our apartment was renovated before we moved in yet there are still numerous issues. Most of the issues are minor and dont effect our daily lives but its still a sad thought that our unit is in this state even after a renovation.

They have great apts here with washers & dryers also. They have AC. And the grounds are kept up very nicely. And their apts are clean and beautiful inside.

We've been here since June 1st and not only is the apartment amazing, but the management and maintenance staff are GREAT. Super fast to respond and get things done. I love it! They answered all of my questions prior to moving in as well as my countless questions after and I very much appreciate the communication. I know that's a big issue at almost every other apartment complex.

We have been a resident here at this community for well over 20 years. Reason being is because of all the amenities and the great staff along with their maintance team. We love our peaceful and quiet community at Presidio.

Presidio at Rancho Del Oro is a great community. Close to everything. Easy access to Hwy 76 and I-5. Super supportive administrative and maintenance staff. Great place for kids and dogs! I highly recommend you come look at Presidio for yourself and you will love this place.

Presidio is a great place to make your home if you are looking for a caring staff,maintance workers who get to your orders promptly without delay. This community comes with many amenities...a pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts,playground ,a fitness center,a game room , more than 1 dog park just to name a few. Each apartment home has central air and heat and also washer and dryers which I love. We live upstairs and love the high vaulted ceilings! It is a beautiful place to call home! A great apartment complex, affordable and a plethora of amenities that can be used and booked even with the COVID pandemic going on. Maintenance is always helpful and quick to respond, the complex is maintained outside frequently and always kept clean. Will be staying here for as long as possible!

These apartment homes are very nice. They have Washers and Dryers and AC. And they keep the place very clean. The staff and maintenance team are all very professional. And they all do a great job here. And that's why I have lived here for 11 yrs now.
