Property Ratings at Presidential Estates
I stayed here 4 years and never had a problem. The neighbors all were great. Everyone looks out for each other. Ann Marie the property manager was great, very caring, and understanding. Would highly recommend!!
I love living at this complex. The apartment was newly renovated before my move in and given that there are only 4 units per building, it is very quiet! Very spacious and a lot of closet space which is great!
I lived in this complex for almost 9 years. The maintenance staff and landlords were very helpful and responsive. They strived to keep units updated, and to keep the complex safe. I was fortunate to be in a quieter building during my last 5 years there, and met some nice neighbors in other buildings as well. Can’t beat the location, close to everything...and the rent is reasonable for what you get...a fresh and clean unit, laundry in each building, just 4 units per building, heat and hot water included, and a nice unit layout that was cozy yet practical and didn’t feel dated. I was content and comfortable there and chose to stay even when my work moved to Henrietta. Only left because I bought a house.
