The community has been good and quiet for the most part. The pool, gym, lounge, and coffee machine are great! The staff is friendly . We have had some issues with a few palmetto bugs though we deep clean our apartment weekly. And the only other issue is that parking is scattered and hard to find in the evening at times.

I wanted to say a big thank you to the staff for being so helpful with any concerns or issues I’ve had. Also, the maintenance team has been super quick to get any work orders sorted out the same day. Plus, the property is always clean and well-maintained.

So far it’s been okay… Very noisy… Area seems to be okay, i witnessed police presence here on last night i was a little skeptical wish i knew the reasoning…I haven’t met any of my neighbors yet..

I appreciate the whole Team of Preserve at Ridgeville especially to Jordan who is very patient in assisting me in my transition! I was surprised on how pristine the apartment and how clean the environment. I was also really touched that they prepared alot of items for me to start living in my new apartment. everything is going good except for two things . the sink water has a bad smell whenever it’s set on warm or cold so i have to have the water on hot 24/7 & the ppl above us is always noisy and loud.. it’s very disruptive, disturbing and irritating.

Love the apartments. The layout is great, they are comfortable and cute. My daughter loves the pool and the nature trail! It is right by the highway for easy access to everything

Great place to live. Amazing amenities from espresso machine in the cozy club house to a very nice gym to work out. The entire staff is very friendly with events held every month. Well worth it.

My experience has been good so far. The only thing I am a little concerned is about the valet trash. First of all, they are not picking my trash consistently, and second they just pick one bag from the trash can. The other 2 bags stay there.

As a reminder, for Valet Living to collect all bags, please make sure they are stacked on top of one another and in the provided trash receptacle. Boxes will also need to be broken down in order for them to be collected. They do also only service the community Sunday through Thursday. If you have any additional issues with the collection of your items, please contact the office to let us know.
Great experience! The staff was awesome. The apartments are beautiful. Would definitely recommend. 10 out of 10. Love the amenities. Love it here.

The Preserve at Ridgeville has lots of amenities to share. Clubhouse is spacious, has TV, Internet and coffee machine to relax or get work done. There is ample parking, a car wash area, valet garbage service and walking trails. It is close by to I 26 so commuting is easy. Only downside is the entrance to your unit is from the outside not a common hall behind secure doors. Thius hallways have some accumulation of dead bugs and dirt. Not a big issue but should be known.

Just moved in. Still getting use to the area. I liked the fact I could do a virtual tour and save myself time and money. Not all things were made clear when I moved in. Like valet trash.

I’ve lived here over a year now and I’ve had a very pleasant experience besides noise issues with the neighbors above me. The staff and maintenance crew are top notch and always very responsive to any concern I have. Everyone I’ve met here has always been kind and friendly and it does make it a great community. The amenities are always kept up and nice and clean which I also enjoy.

My apartment was overall clean but there were dead bugs throughout apartment. I think that should have been checked and taken care of before I moved in. The entry door area and front door were not clean and it took 3 calls to get door and door way cleaned up. I was told buildings are on a schedule for cleaning. I understand that but think as a new tenant, my apartment should have thoroughly clean. There were recent chip on the master and guest bedroom doorways. I imagine they occurred when previous tenant moved in or out. I think they should have but taken care of before I moved in or I should have been told management was aware of them and I would not be held responsible for them. Three good notes: The welcome bag, gifts, and information were nice, helpful, and much appreciated. The staff has always been courteous, professional and polite. Service (Jay) responded quickly and resolved problem i had with electric plugs.

The property is well maintained and the apartments themselves are beautiful and spacious (for a 1bdr.) The location is a bit out there but conveniently located one minute from I26. The gym and pool are amazing but the pool could be better maintained and monitored. There is a cute little nature path to an empty field with a pavillion, that space could definitely be better utilized. As someone who works from home I always feel safe and it's usually quiet.

This is easily the nicest apartment complex I have ever lived in. There’s no noise issues from any neighbors. Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and polite. Everything is clean and well kept around the apartments.

It has been good for the most part. I am just sick of seeing dog poop as soon as you are entering my building. I love animals but I think all the residents should clean up after their pets.

i love it here its peaceful quiet and most important safe the rec areas is a major plus..the only con is no camers within the parking lot and there no where for children to play

Overall it has been pleasant. Except that the air conditioner always breaks but the maintenance guys are quick to fix. The other thing is the noise. Our upstairs neighbor are very loud and fight but that's apartment living.

I enjoyed staying at preserve at roseville. The community is quiet and it's kept nice and clean. The only reason I did not give it a five star is because of the dog messed that is just throughout the property. I would like to see that go down.

It’s a great place to live and the front office staff is always helpful. I also like that the upstairs community space is always available and clean.

I recently toured and the team was super nice. The amenities are top notch and I especially like how a short drive gets you everywhere you need to be without having to be squished in some subdivision or crowded area. Spacious apartments too!

The style of apartment and location. The one thing I would suggest is that there is a child's area. During the summer as an adult to enjoy the pool as parents and children tend to take over. Pool area is too small for this size community.

I love this place, and the staff is amazing! The rooms are a great size and very clean! Anytime you need anything it is just a phone call away. Great place to live, you have the country and the city!!
