I’ve lived here over a year now and I’ve had a very pleasant experience besides noise issues with the neighbors above me. The staff and maintenance crew are top notch and always very responsive to any concern I have. Everyone I’ve met here has always been kind and friendly and it does make it a great community. The amenities are always kept up and nice and clean which I also enjoy.

My apartment was overall clean but there were dead bugs throughout apartment. I think that should have been checked and taken care of before I moved in. The entry door area and front door were not clean and it took 3 calls to get door and door way cleaned up. I was told buildings are on a schedule for cleaning. I understand that but think as a new tenant, my apartment should have thoroughly clean. There were recent chip on the master and guest bedroom doorways. I imagine they occurred when previous tenant moved in or out. I think they should have but taken care of before I moved in or I should have been told management was aware of them and I would not be held responsible for them. Three good notes: The welcome bag, gifts, and information were nice, helpful, and much appreciated. The staff has always been courteous, professional and polite. Service (Jay) responded quickly and resolved problem i had with electric plugs.

The property is well maintained and the apartments themselves are beautiful and spacious (for a 1bdr.) The location is a bit out there but conveniently located one minute from I26. The gym and pool are amazing but the pool could be better maintained and monitored. There is a cute little nature path to an empty field with a pavillion, that space could definitely be better utilized. As someone who works from home I always feel safe and it's usually quiet.

This is easily the nicest apartment complex I have ever lived in. There’s no noise issues from any neighbors. Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and polite. Everything is clean and well kept around the apartments.

It has been good for the most part. I am just sick of seeing dog poop as soon as you are entering my building. I love animals but I think all the residents should clean up after their pets.

Very modern, and has been very quiet. Staff have been very friendly and helpful. Amenities are awesome. Really nice lighted pool, great gym, and nice club house. Love the boardwalk through the woods.

i love it here its peaceful quiet and most important safe the rec areas is a major plus..the only con is no camers within the parking lot and there no where for children to play

Overall it has been pleasant. Except that the air conditioner always breaks but the maintenance guys are quick to fix. The other thing is the noise. Our upstairs neighbor are very loud and fight but that's apartment living.

I enjoyed staying at preserve at roseville. The community is quiet and it's kept nice and clean. The only reason I did not give it a five star is because of the dog messed that is just throughout the property. I would like to see that go down.

I recently toured and the team was super nice. The amenities are top notch and I especially like how a short drive gets you everywhere you need to be without having to be squished in some subdivision or crowded area. Spacious apartments too!

The style of apartment and location. The one thing I would suggest is that there is a child's area. During the summer as an adult to enjoy the pool as parents and children tend to take over. Pool area is too small for this size community.

I love living in these apartments it’s 5mins from my job and they are cute apartments. Will be staying another year after my lease is up. I brag all the time at work to people i know are looking for a new location to move into.

My experience living here has been great! The staff is friendly, the apartments are beautiful, and the amenities are nice. My only complain is the noise from the cars driving by but I know that’s not something they can control.

I don’t like the paint on the wall it cracks especially when I cook or use the hot shower the vent doesn’t really help ,the sockets in my apartment be giving off a shock sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t , the tub is really hard to clean and I clean everyday it leaves a bad stain

I have enjoyed our experience. I really wish that there was a dog area to exercise our dogs & a playground for kids to play. My kids do however spend a lot of time at the pool which we love.

My experience at Preserve at Ridgeville has been a decent one so far. I understand that the success of a community takes the collaboration of both the staff and tenants of that community. When the new management team came in, gradual changes were made that have greatly improved the community overall. Those improvements were an increased feeling of safety, a decrease in noise pollution, an increase of community events, and just an overall appreciation. Monthly I can see the evidence of more changes coming.

It’s a great place to live and call home with my son. It’s nice and quiet I’m also comfortable with my son being outside. They keep it clean and it’s convenient for my work.

We have loved living here! It is such a quiet community close to the city and shopping. We enjoy the onsite pool and gym. The staff is awesome and the maintenance team is right on your request.

It is a very good place to live. They neighbors are nice and friendly. You can have pets. They have a beautiful path that you can walk. They also have a car wash.

The apartments are new and beautiful. I love the layout and space you get, makes your apartment very homey. The amenities are great! The community and neighborhood are fairly quiet as well.

The community would be much safer with cameras. There are tons of kids living around here, and in just a few months a murder, auto theft, and an arrest all happened IN MY BUILDING! And the cameras would also deter people leaving their dog crap, which is everywhere all the time. But, I will say that every time I call about it to be picked up Steve is right on it. and he is always there to help and get things fixed very quickly.

Love the amenities and atmosphere! The trash valet is always on time. It’s very quiet and eveything is brand new! The pool and clubhouse are amazing

Apartments,and property looks amazing! Office staff is very friendly, helpful, and made my move in very easy. Maintenance is amazing as well. Very fast on getting on any work orders, and keep the property looking good
