It’s very quiet here. Close to so many things, yet it feels like you’re in a neighborhood. The maintenance people are great and the manager does a great job. Nice pool, nice workout room, and usually free coffee and snacks in the office.

PGO is a wonderful community to live in! So close to downtown Valpo but very peaceful and quiet. Maintenance is always attentive to our needs and taking care of the property and the office staff are so kind! We love going to community events like the Christmas party to get to know our neighbors, eat, and win prizes!

My wife and I are in our FOURTH year of living at PGO. Everyone who works here is extremely nice and helpful. The maintenance team responds FAST and efficiently to any and all of our needs. The community is very enjoyable—we have all friendly neighbors! And the community space is exceptionally nice. The community is always clean and the landscaping looks awesome. We’re very happy here. And we plan to keep living here!

I love living here! I’ve lived in this complex for two years, and I have enjoyed every second. I always feel safe, and I always know there is support a text away if anything goes wrong. The pool is wonderful, maintenance is fast and reliable, and the office staff is so friendly!

We have lived at the The Preserve at Grande Oaks for four months and are very happy. The common areas are very clean and well maintained. Management has been very responsive to questions (and when we loose keys!!). The location is very convenient to get around Valparaiso and to quickly get to route 49 and then Chicago. I highly recommend these apartments.
A brand-new complex using green technology. Right next door is a medical clinic with a new emergency room. Whether it's lab work, a Heart doctor, an MRI, CAT scan or x-rays, you can do it there. 24 hour pharmacies, shopping, car servicing and the car wash are all within walking distance. Schools are also close by. Close access to a highway. The staff are friendly and hard-working. Moving here was a great decision
Right next door to me I can see my heart doctor, get my lab work, an MRI, CAT scan, whatever. One block away is my family doctor and two blocks away is my 24 hour a day pharmacy. Shopping center and car wash are one block away and a quarter mile away from the highway. A brand-new two bedroom apartment with washer and dryer and dishwasher and ice maker and balcony and garage with automatic doors, lights, and electricity. Prices are comparable to places with a lot less to offer! Limited access outer doors mean no solicitors knocking on your door. Visitors have to be buzzed in. This is a brand-new complex that is still being built. Next year, they will add a pool, an exercise room, clubhouse and office. Call and get on the list now!
