The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Preserve at Autumn Ridge Apartments and Townhomes
Honestly, from the outside looking in, it seems amazing. If you are military and only here for a short period of time, it will be perfect for you. If you are not in a pinch and have time to look around, I'd strongly suggest doing so. Many want to leave here after more than a year. Cons: Price is way too high for what you receive Internet is not strong enough for the average family's usage Business center never has toner to print (even after asking many times) Pool is constantly closed Some pool lifeguards are rude Older residents are unfriendly about kids behaving like kids (even when other neighbors enjoy seeing them have fun) Lawn care is horrible Snow removal is also horrible The windows are likely the cheapest they could have purchased There is little to no yard The "trail" is not a trail whatsoever The airport is right behind the complex, so you hear planes all the time The playgrounds are okay for younger kids but not suitable for older ones The office staff is very inconsiderate Positives: Central air Multiple bathrooms in apartments Dog parks (though not amazing) Near stores Attached garage Maintenance people are friendly and timely So far, all our neighbors have been good The neighboring walls are pretty close to soundproof Internet and cable included

I have lived here for a little over a year now. My experience living here has been a positive one. The office staff and maintenance staff provide timely and courteous service at all times. Michelle, the office manager, and Bill, the maintenance supervisor have gone above and beyond whenever I have needed anything. The rest of the staff are equally friendly and helpful. I feel that they have all contributed to making living here stress free. Also, the Preserve at Autumn Ridge offers more individual amenities than any other complex in the area.
As above...used to be a nice place. However, over the last year large parties, trash strewn throughout the area, violation of private property are a normal occurrence. Glad I’m leaving this place soon
My husband and I have lived here for over a year. The apartments are nice for this area but you may want security cameras if you live here. There are a few things about this place that is hard to swallow. Typically, in other places we have lived, we would receive an accurate notice regarding the things which affect us. One of these was a notice they would be entering the apartment only to access the electrical panel. I came home to every closed door opened. I felt violated. Not cool Preserve. Second, we received NO notice prior to spraying pesticides everywhere. Literally. Sprayed. Everywhere. There are signs saying “DO NOT ENTER FOR 24 HOURS.” Where is my dog supposed to go to the bathroom? Other apartments have completed this task in sections to reduce risk of neurotoxin poisoning in dogs. I am really frustrated with this place and the disregard for respect.

I'M STATION at FORT DRUM, and is hard to find apartments in this area with this luxury and quality .The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful, it has a large courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs and dining tables. I'm so happy and excited to move into this apartment with my family.
