This is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made Angelina was my leasing agent she was super helpful and just a delight to be around, she made the entire process extremely smooth and made the apartment feel like a home. I’ve been living at The Preserve at Alafia for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. The community here is truly something special — quiet, friendly, and welcoming. Everyone from the staff to the neighbors makes it feel like home. I have lived here for over 4 years and have never had a better experience with apartment living. The gals in the office are kind and helpful, they even helped me get signed up for the portal to submit maintenance requests and pay rent. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and quick. All of the guys wave when they are outside and I know most of them by name. The manager has been here for over 10 years as well and that tells me something about the company. I recommend this complex 100%.

One of the most beautiful apartments I’ve seen in the area. High ceilings, meshed balconies to keep the bugs out, variety of layouts. The amenities are amazing, cannoning, trails with the property, bonfires, spacious gym, large pool and more. I don’t think you’ll ever get bored living here on top of that the community is so warm and welcoming, along with the staff; like a big family. The office is quick to help with fixing whatever is needed. Close to shopping centers and grocery stores. Found out about this place through a friend and I can’t get over how amazing it is and what they provide to all the residents and guess. Doesn’t hurt to look into it.

I've had an excellent experience living at The Preserve at Alafia, and a big part of that is thanks to the outstanding management team. From day one (and its going on 3 years), they've been friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Whether it’s handling maintenance requests, answering questions, or simply checking in, they always go above and beyond to make residents feel valued and heard. And the amenities and resident events - TOP NOTCH! I loved the Sunset Pool Party!! The maintenance team is just as impressive—fast, efficient, and respectful. Every time I’ve submitted a request, it’s been handled promptly and effectively. I just wanted to show my appreciation to the entire team. Thank you guys! CONTINUE BEING GREAT!

If you like roaches, this is your place! Although my apartment was on the fourth floor, killing roaches on a continuous basis is part of living in these apartments. The trash bins were often overflowing with the trash bin doors wide open for everyone to see and smell, which likely caused the roach problem. They would also place an open garbage container next to the building with garbage overflowing from that as well. Proactive maintenance of the facility didn’t exist and if you put in a request, it took months. For example, most of the lighting in the parking garage didn’t work. Over a 6-month period, none of the lights were repaired even after two criminal incidents in the garage occurred. After 6 months, I requested the lights be fixed which then took another two months to fix. There weren’t enough chairs for the high-top tables at the pool and the chairs that were there were in poor condition. The gym equipment is not properly maintained with frayed cables or, in general, old equipment. The noise transfer from your neighbors is significant. You will hear every step your upstairs neighbor makes. Management was unresponsive and inefficient in all ways. With all the new construction in the area, there are far better places to call home.

The property is beautiful, the amenities are second to none, and the staff is amazing. Sara in the leasing office is fantastic. My wife and I toured at least 5 other apartment complexes during our search, and no one we met with at the others were as kind, knowledgeable, and attentive as her. Also, the maintenance guys are great. Corey and Ceaser have been over within minutes anytime we've needed something. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We've just moved in and are already loving our time here. Just during our tour, we saw three staff members on golf carts picking up trash, inspecting the outside of units, and checking on the cleanliness of utilities. Our unit was very clean when we moved in and the office provided us lots of support and made us feel very welcome. So far, we are in love!

I love this apartment complex because it has every amenity I needed and more! I moved when I was 18 from Nebraska to Florida to the Preserve at Alafia and it has been the easiest and best process. Not only do you feel safe at home in your unit, but I also have a community of people here. There are multiple monthly fun events where you get to mingle with your community and it’s become my favorite part of living here. I also love using the gym, pool, and beach anytime I want. It’s also so nice that if you have any problem here, there is a fast maintenance team to help or the leasing girls are so helpful and friendly. The complex is in the most convenient location where it’s easy to get straight onto the highway while missing traffic. There is a grocery store, gas stations, movie theatre, fast food, restaurants, and more right outside the complex. I have never had a bad experience living here and I seriously couldn’t imagine a more perfect apartment complex!

I was pleasantly surprised to walk in and find Sara who was very sweet and super helpful. I had a tight timeline and was she was able to help me move in with just 2-3 days. Apartments and community are beautiful, with active and lively residents. Would recommend 10/10

I've been living here for a little over a month. I seriously don't have a single complain. I live in a mid rise building and just love living here so much. it is overall pretty quiet, and the property is just so beautiful! I haven't made it to any resident events yet, but really want to so that I can meet new people! It does truly feel like living on a resort. As a single female, I also feel VERY safe living here and walking my dog around the property by myself! Thank you Sara for everything you have done to help me!!

I’ve been working at The Preserve for just a week and it’s one of the most beautiful properties I’ve seen in all of Tampa! They have a great selection of floor plans and the bedrooms and closet spaces are huge. The location is so close to everything and with all the amenities and fun variety of resident events, it’s almost impossible to have a chance of boredom. I will 100% recommend it to my Tampa friends looking for a new home! Like

I have lived in my apartment for over 2 years and love everything about it. I attend most of the incredible resident events they have each month and go to the pool every weekend. This complex isn't new anymore but they still do an amazing job taking care of the grounds and the residents. I feel lucky to be a part of this amazing community!

With all of the amenities it genuinely feels like you're on vacation 24/7! The apartments have great layouts, everything was very clean when moving in and they seem to always have fun resident events going on throughout the month! The office staff is always very welcoming and helpful when you need anything, especially Sara and Jordan! I would 10/10 recommend :)

The Preserve at Alafia is beautiful! The amenities are amazing: a nature preserve with walking paths nearby, a dog park, hammocks, free kayak rental, a pool with an amazing view by the river, fire pits, and a free coffee bar! There are a variety of monthly/weekly community events such as breakfast on the go, card making, wine tastings, blood donations, and food trucks! There is also the opportunity to try out yoga and meditation classes for free! Once you become a resident, you become a "VIP" and get to enjoy discounts at a variety of local businesses. The application process was easy, and the staff is amazing—bubbly, positive, and upbeat! We received free welcome gifts at move in time as well which was such a nice surprise! The Preserve at Alafia is such a safe, clean, (did I mention pet friendly!?), and beautiful place to be—I'm so happy to call it our new home! I would 100% recommend!

From the moment we set foot in the complex, we were impressed by its well-maintained grounds, modern amenities, and welcoming atmosphere. Our leasing experience was guided by Sarah. Sarah's friendly and patient approach made us feel right at home from day one. As first-time leasers, we had many questions and concerns, but Sarah's clear explanations made the process effortless. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way, making our transition into our new home seamless. I just moved in a few days ago... I had the most amazing experience with all the staff. There is nothing more enjoyable than dealing with people who generally enjoy what they do. I was lucky enough to have been able to be helped by all the ladies in the office, but Sara mainly stuck out. She was so polite, informative, quick with responses, professional, and was a delight when showing us around the community. I just moved to the community in December, and I can wholeheartedly say I have never been happier! It is just what I need for my dog and I, with hiking trails and a dog park steps away from where I reside. I also love to stay fit and am more of a homebody. Conveniently there is a 24-hour gym and weekly yoga and fitness classes. After I finish my yoga, I always take a swim and soak up the river views in the hot tub. Honestly, the pictures don’t do this place justice and it is the perfect community for anyone who wants to feel like they are living in a resort.

This is one of the prettiest and well cared for grounds I’ve seen safe too with gated access. The office staff has been top notch, courteous and responsive to any inquiries or questions I’ve had. Love love love the thoughtful ideas and events that they have for renters.

The Preserve at Alafia has very modern apartments with hardwood floors and up to date appliances. They are convenient to both I-75 and I-4 as well as a plethora of shopping and eating establishments. The office staff is professional and works diligently to serve the residents.

We moved here from Ohio in January and we feel like we won the lottery! This place is amazing! They have cornhole, disc golf, a putting green, and complimentary kayaks. They even have a wrapping paper station to wrap gifts. It definitely, a resort feel to this community. The prices are a little high, but they are in the same price range as everywhere else we looked. We couldn't be happier that we moved here. The sunset views are amazing!

I just moved here from Gainesville, and I already love it! The amenities here are amazing, the pool and hot tub are right on the Alafia River! There is also kayaking, a clubhouse, 24/7 gym, mini golf… the list goes on! My apartment is also gorgeous! I live in a Wisteria floorplan; it is so spacious for a 1-bedroom apartment. The apartment is also updated with new appliances like smart home technology (Nest thermostat and Smart lock), washer and dryer, and stainless-steel appliances! The leasing office has also been fantastic. They have been so helpful and accommodating with my move ?? I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place with great amenities, staff, and apartments.
