The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Prescott Place
There should be a feature to leave a negative amount of stars 1 is far too gracious. This apartment complex should be condemned by the health department. The amount of issues unresolved here are beyond me. Management is POOR and changes so frequently. Pest are constantly and issue and residents are allowed to refuses treatment for pest so other residents who do seek the treatment it does nothing but deter the pest momentarily. There is a constant abundance of illegal artifices including smoking marijuana in the units which permeates into other units. There is a supposed “NOISE ORDINANCE” in place that is NEVER adhered to, constant noise by other tenants all hours of the day and night NONSTOP with no resolution from management. The people residing here are careless and throw trash ALL over. This place is not worth the money they charge to assume residency. But if you want to live in an environment where your peace of mind is constantly disturbed and management and maintenance are merely there to collect rent and not assume any responsibilities then this is a place for you. A tent behind any local grocery store would accommodate more than this HORRIBLE BUILDING. The health department needs to inspect and shut this place down!!
I would recommend this apartment if you really needed somewhere to stay. Some apartments are worst than others;however, there are some decent apartments. There are no carpets in a lot of them.there is a bug problem,so stay AWAY if you don’t like bugs.the maintenance are decent.the property manager is HORRIBLE!
Lots of closet space and cabinets. Decent area. Nice maintenance. Very helpful people
Not allowed to say anything bad, but there is literally nothing good to say about this place. Drive by at different hours on different days of the week and you'll see plenty for yourself.
