- As a potential renter the overall process of applying online and reserving an apartment that would not be available for occupancy, or even inspection, for over two months seemed somewhat manipulative. - Multiple models were shown with features different than the reserved apartment, which was not available for inspection due to occupancy. Vague assurances were given that one feature in particular, flooring, as shown in the models, would be different in the reserved apartment, but apparently not guaranteed. - After application approval and closure of reservation fee refund window (a fee that should have provided reasonable time and opportunity as stated in the lease for review and return by the renter, without presumption by the property as to renter intent), written documents, including lease, were provided online indicating review and return within forty-eight hours, but within minutes, and despite unit availability still two months in the future, a verbal ultimatum was given for same-day, five o'clock, end-of-business review and return of the lease, giving only two hours to arrange immediately required payments, to consider other requirements only then made available in the lease documents, and, as is the right and usually the case for renters, to consult and compare other properties also under consideration.

Good place to live. Maintenance is great and people are very polite. The lobby and hallways are clean and vacuumed. The location is very convenient to shopping.

Clean. Quiet for the most part. Have experienced a dog off leash and had to grab up my dog as the dog went around my legs. I felt uncomfortable because I did not know if they would bite. This occurred by the entranceway. I feel all dogs should be required to be on a leash unless in the dog park

It’s nice having the utilities included with the rent. One payment goes to all of it. The office is usually friendly and maintenance is also nice

My experience here has been great. Everyone that works at the Towers has always kind abd considerate. Always ready to help. The location of the buildings can't be beat. 10 min. or less to so many places!

THe building is old 1960 old. THe issues are air conditioning in the summer breaks down, the elevators are always having issues like every weekend. Ots comes out on Monday or Tuesday and fixes them for 2 0r 3 days then they break again. tThe noise level is high in the mornings from trash trucks at 6am. In the evening from the renters that play loud misic in the driveway behind the building making it hard to sleep like every night. Also you hear the other renters yell and scream through the walls and play loud misic or TV until 11pm at wich time you call the police because it is against the township ordinances. But the maintenance staff is great. Jose, Moe , Joel, and the rest of the guys are professional and caring about the issues in the aptartments. Also they turn off the water often to fix leaks for the entire building do to the way it was built in the 60's. Also the grounds are kept up beautifully. Over all there are issues due to the age of the building but the location is great.

So far so good after 2 and a half years. Everyone in the office is very nice. Maintenance is good. The property is very well maintained. Overall a good experience.

Good place good home !!! I live here 4 months. I love the room and feel safe all the time. All neighbor are so friendly and their pets are so cute!!

Love the area, workers and neighbors. Only thing I don’t like is sanitation waking me up every morning at 6am. Everybody is so friendly and kind

Overall my time here has been pleasant. The staff and maintenance are very nice and friendly. The property is well maintained along with all the Amenities they offer.

Very pleased with maintenance. Always polite and anxious to complete work orders. I feel comfortable with the maintenance staff. No delay in completing tasks.

Comfortable and nice, some great views from balconies. It's convenient to be able to have a gym or mail a letter from your building. Apartments are spacious. Feels like home and for the most part quiet.

Great neighbors, location, and the maintenance crew is top notch and oh, did I mention location!.. It is near everywhere and ease of transportation to Philadelphia, NYC, the shore etc.

I have nothing bad to say about the place so far! All the staff I've interacted with are friendly. Common areas are kept clean and in excellent repair.

The smoke smell in the hallways and lobby are pretty bad and the holes in the ceilings and elevators are a major eye sore. People pay to much money to see that at their home. I also think each hallways needs to get rid of the carpet and have waterproof ant slip flooring for a more elegant look and air freshener like plug ins or something that’s regularly changed to mask the smells in the hallway. More outdoor lighting would be nice too. Over all it’s a nice place to live it just needs some upgrades to common areas

The community is so nice and welcoming. The area is great and we are close by to so many convenient things like the bank, restaurants, library. The perks of the community like the bikes, parks and pool is so nice.

The neighborhood has a lot to do. Most neighbors are friendly and considerate, but you do have your bad apples. The amenities are nice to have.

Air not working for a few days was uncomfortable in the apartment. Otherwise everything is pretty good. Wish the kitchen had a microwave and that the trash chute was bigger for a kitchen bag full of trash.

There is always something wrong with the elevators, water pressure or no water, fire alarm with no explanations multiple times a day, power outages at night, A/C problems. These are the basic requirements of a living place. As a resident here I feel very unheard. I honestly think the past several months have been unacceptable for an apartment building to have so many problems with no rent credit and/or acknowledgement that these multiple incidents shouldn’t be happening. This aparmtnet complex is expensive compared to a lot of other options around the area however we expected a nicer experience which would make this worth it. I am seeing the price for this apartment was not worth it at all.

Nice clean and secure place to live in and they have more Morgan any other apartment and that also compare to other in very reasonable rent.

The grounds are kept up beautifully, the maintenance staff are professional and care about the issues in the building same could be said for the office staff. The problems in the building are adressed in a timely manor.

I’ve been living in this apartment for over a year now, and while the rooms are decent, the management is absolutely terrible. We were promised 1.5 years ago that EV chargers would be installed, but not a single step has been taken towards fulfilling that promise. On top of that, the last three months have been unbearable due to extremely loud construction that goes on all day, making it impossible to work from home. If I had known this was going to happen, I would have never renewed my lease. The maintenance team is friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the rest of the management is completely incompetent and unresponsive. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

My experience living here has been great. The office staff and maintenance team are friendly. They have a fast response for fixing repairs and keeping the premises clean inside and out. Also, I like that they are engaged with the community and give back to the residents to show appreciation.

I've called the office on several occasions 5o fix my bathtub and kitchen zinc. Call the office at 10 am 2 days ago. I was informed that someone will there in one hour. It has been 2 days now, and I'm still waiting. No call from the office, whenever I called they told me someone will be there soon. I'M STILL WAITING FOR MAINTENANCE TO SHOW.

Rent increase of $100 a month,when we get endless false fire alarms,pay for thousands of water shutoffs,just this month,which is a good thing repair balconies. Bad for me a no balcony under LR window,and Towers don't wash them for you,so I paid $200.00 to get mine done and after dust grit from balcony repair and recent rain I should have just endured dirty windows because they are now a horrible looking mess and I am out a lot of money

Everything’s been great. The staff is great. The amenities are great. There’s nothing I can complain about. All the staff are very nice and helpful as possible. I enjoy the swimming pool and the gym.

We love living here and can’t wait to spend many more years! It’s very clean and the staff is so friendly. The apartments are spacious and the layout is great.

I am living at the 1st floor. Overall is fine. Good environment. Good neighbor. A lot of parking. Pet friendly. Feels like stay with nature.

With recent issues with the HVAC, overall it’s been good living here. Staff is always nice and the maintenance guys respond to work orders very quickly. The community is filled with a lot of nice amenities.

No AC for 2 months and still dumpster trucks are outside working at 4-6am staff is awesome and so is Sherian The maintenance guys are always helpful

Staff has been nice and accommodating. The building is older but under a maintenance team doing there best. All in all happy with the property

I had mixed feeling when we first moved in but since then it has been an amazing experience. Maintenance is always on top of things with little wait time they address the issues quickly as best as they can and if not they outsource it. The staff members are great and Sherianna is always helpful, warm and friendly.

The neighborhood is super convenient, the staff is very nice, the buildings are run down even in my newly renovated apartment. The rent is high, if it keeps increasing many residents will have to move because it’s too costly along with other life expenses.

It has only been a few days, but my fiancé and myself have enjoyed our time at Windsor! Our leasing agents were of great help, and so far the residents have been kind.

Pretty good, has definitely improved over the years. Mantinence guys are awesome, very clean. Gym needs some revamping, old equipment some works some doesn't.

The apartments been lovely! I have had a few maintenance issues but theyve been super quick and responsive to assist :) i look forward to having a long stay here at Towers!

THe maintenance is awesome. A Josh, Moe and Jose keep the West Tower in good order. The office staff is very professional.The infro stucture is from 1966, so there are issues with water turned off for the entire building to repair a leak. The air condiction system is great when the chiller does need to be reset which takes about 2 to 3 hours to reach the floors. Those are the issues that can not be fixed and it would cost a great deal to replace those issues.

Overall experience has been great. If I were to be a critique I do not like how the AC/Heater are one unit. I do not like how the mail room is set up. I barely order packages but when I do there is always an issue receiving the package

Being a resident here gives me a sense of community. Residents that I have encountered so far have been friendly. People hold the door open for you as you are walking up. The smell in the lobby is clean and fresh! I love how the cleaners are always present, cleaning and vacuuming to keep our community looking clean.

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful staff especially the apartments as newly renovated and spacious all the amenities are awesome and I couldn’t be more happy to live in this community

Is okay but is not as great as they make it seem when you come for the tour. Security sucks, apartments are not anything like the tour apartments is a lie! And your packages are not safe neither is your car they steal here.

We just moved in and are loving it so far everyone is very friendly. The process was so quick and the leasing office is amazing. I look forward to being here for a while!

Things are great here. Close to everything. Nice community. Staff is first rate. Good size apartments good amenities. Price reasonable compared to other apartments. Washer and dryer covenient.

Everyone here is really friendly, and I've already had some great conversations with new neighbors in the elevators. The maintenance department is quick to respond to any issue, and the vibes are generally good.

Overall is a good place to live. Not too noisy- staff is great, great amenities. When you have pets the rent does get a little pricey- besides that it’s been great.

I have only moved in a few days ago however it has been a wonderful experience . My neighbors had been very kind and I feel safe in my new apartment .
