The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Prairie Tree Apartments
This is a great apartment. The property is very nice and the apartments are great too. The one I moved into was remodeled completely and a very nice layout. Tricia, the property manager and Jeremy, the maintenance guy are both very friendly, professional and you can tell they take pride in the buildings and property. It is also very quiet here and no issues that I've experienced. Would highly recommend.
Great apartment complex. Management and maintenance friendly and helpful. If/when issues arise, they are addressed quickly. Clean and well maintained. Pet friendly a bonus. Nice location! Highly recommend! Been living here a couple years and will be here many more!
This place is as inconvenient as they come. They have a total of 3 laundry machines for an entire building and they don’t even have it on all 3 floors, so I have to walk upstairs or downstairs to wash clothes since I’m on the 2nd floor and pray nobody else is doing laundry. To recharge your laundry card you have to walk or drive to a different building because they are too cheap to put one in each building. The dryers don’t work very well so you’ll end up having to dry clothes twice which will cost you double. The outside building door is always locked, which I understand but is still extremely inconvenient, they could leave it unlocked during business hours to help make it easier. So if you forget your key or get locked out you will have to call management and they will charge you to get back in. The garage waiting list is about a year long wait so have fun with that. Meanwhile there are residents with 2 or 3 garages. The lease is intentionally vague so management can use it against you as they see fit. Tenants are not held to the same rules. I’ve seen dog poop in the hallway, not sure why that is even a thing. There are breed restrictions with husky being one of them yet I see some guy with a husky outside almost everyday at a separate building than my own. You’re patio is supposed to remain completely empty so I’m not sure why we even have one. Toilets in the apartments are small and low to the ground so your knees will be in your chest when using it. There is very little storage in the apartments. Kitchens are hilariously small as well as the fridge, freezer and counter space. If you want family or friends to stay with you for more than 3 days you have to ask permission from management like you are a toddler or risked getting fined and possibly evicted.
Property Manager at Prairie Tree Apartments, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your review on Prairie Tree Apartments. We value your residency and feedback on our property. Laundry facilities are provided as an amenity to avoid having to do laundry off-site. However, residents may choose to take laundry off-site if they prefer. Laundry machines are owned by an outside vendor and their contact information is provided in laundry rooms. Outdoor building entry is secured as safety is an important aspect of our apartments. If residents misplace building keys, they may utilize the dial-in entry at no charge. Staff may assist in resident entry during business hours, also free of charge. Pets are screened at move-in to ensure they meet property rules. Dog breed, weight, age, records, are verified to determine approval. Mixed breed dogs may be 50% or less restricted breed. Per safety and occupancy guidelines, those not named on the lease are subject to the visitor policy. However, guests may stay longer by receiving prior approval from the office. Patios are permitted to have patio furniture and plants. We appreciate your residency and please feel free to contact the office for questions or concerns.
An absolutely wonderful place to live. Management is friendly, quick to respond to emails (even after hours), and although I've only had maintenance over once, they came within 30 minutes of me putting in a fix-it request. Very good location wise, and neighbors are quiet and respectful. If I didn't have to move out of state, I would have extended my lease.
Pet friendly, has green space, has a pool... it’s great! For a competitive rent, it is clean, the staff is awesome, and location is great! No complaints here! Plus they have short term rent options which is killer!
This is a pretty decent apartment for the price. My neighbors are too noisy, occasionally I can hear the floor squeak from above. Pretty clean place anyway and management is really nice. One downside(for me at least) there are a lot of smokers around.
These apartments are a great starter place for young people. Rent is decently priced and it is in a prime location. The buildings are well maintained, require a key to get into the building, and there is maintenance available 24/7. There is a call box for visitors that will allow residents to unlock the door from their cell phones. The pool is gated with resident key access. Resident parking is not assigned, and there is a visitor lot on site.
