If I could give a 6/5 rating, I would! The office staff and maintenance are very attentive and incredibly kind. I appreciate the gated area and location of the property. Although I have had some issues with loud neighbors and speeding cars, the security staff handled these issues beautifully. Everything about my living situation made me comfortable and I adore the nature aspect of the property as well. Highly recommend! Family-friendly, pet-friendly, senior citizen- friendly.

After a divorce, I wanted a nice and safe place for my daughter and I. Prairie Springs has been very well-kept and friendly. I feel safe and have been very happy here. Only negative is a rate increase after my lease renewal.
Prairie Springs has been, by far, the nicest apartment complex I've ever had the privilege of living in. The staff in the office are extremely helpful and friendly, and the workers do a phenomenal job keeping the place looking beautiful!!! If we all acted with more of a servant's heart toward one another and looked to see how we could help our fellow man, we could have heaven on earth everywhere!!!
Prairie Springs Apartment is nice place to live. They try to keep the property clean. The people are friendly and courteous. The location is perfect, easy access to everything. Down faults are: there is no drop box, so if your schedule does not match the office hours you will have to pay extra to pay on line and the back gates always have issues. Prairie Springs is a nice place to live.
